How Ford Pickup & Delivery Works

Book online, call us, or use the FordPass App. Pick a date, time, and tell us where to collect your vehicle — home or work, whatever works best for you.

Step 2

We Pick Up & Service

We collect your Ford at the agreed time and location. Our certified technicians perform your service at the dealership, keeping you updated by phone, text, or email.

Step 3

We Return It to You

Once your vehicle is serviced and ready, we drive it back to your door — the same place we picked it up. No trip required on your end, start to finish.

Not at this time. Ford Pickup & Delivery requires a drivable vehicle. If your vehicle is not operational, it will require a Roadside Assistance event instead.
