What is a Pre-Auction Vehicle?
WHAT DOES “PRE-AUCTION” MEAN?
Many vehicles are traded in every week. Some become Mosaic Certified or traditional retail vehicles, while others would normally be sent directly to wholesale auction.
For a limited time, we are making select vehicles available to the public before they leave our inventory.
These vehicles are generally:
- Recent customer trade-ins
- Older vehicles that do not fit our traditional retail inventory
- Higher-mileage vehicles
- Priced according to their current condition
- Vehicles with cosmetic or mechanical imperfections
This is not meant to imply that every vehicle has significant problems, but customers should understand that these vehicles have not gone through Mosaic's normal retail reconditioning process.
Sold As-Is
Pre-Auction vehicles are sold in their current condition. Mosaic does not provide expressed or implied warranties on these vehicles unless specifically stated in writing.
Independent Inspection Recommended
Customers are strongly encouraged to inspect the vehicle or have it inspected by a mechanic before completing the purchase.
Limited Safety Review
Our service team performs only a basic safety review focused on items such as tires, brakes, and general safety rather than a full mechanical inspection.
All Sales Are Final
There are no returns, exchanges, or cancellations after the purchase is completed. You accept responsibility for future repairs or issues.
By viewing or purchasing a Pre-Auction vehicle, you understand that these vehicles are sold as-is, may require repairs, and have not completed Mosaic's traditional used-vehicle reconditioning process.
