EXCELLENT customer service. Overall it was a 5+ Stars exceptional experience. Hey all, I just bought a 6.2l High Country for these gentlemen, and let me tell you guys, this was the best dealer and salesman I have had an expereince with. Like, they were so good I felt obligated to give a review. The salesman, Todd Fitz, brought the energy, hilarity, and grounded environment to make anybody see that he truly loves his job and does it for the right reasons. Guys, Todd loves horsepower as much as you can feel he loves his job. He wants you to be comfortable with the situation and is completely transparent throughout the process. If you have concerns? Problems get solved. If you have question? They get answered. This man alone makes up for the past few weeks of bad experiences. And I cant believe how much of a pleasure it was to work with the financing office, they know their stuff, and do it right. Let me tell you, I had spent 3 weeks intensively looking for a truck, I was beyond tired of waking through the B.S. at other dealers. Exceptional service from Mike and the service department. I was heading home from work at the start of the Labor Day weekend and my 2013 Jeep started to overheat. Fortunately Mosaic was on the exit that I had pulled off on. Mike took the time to pop the hood to see if there was a simple issue or something that would require further diagnostics. Once it was discovered that this wouldn’t be a quick fix and understanding that I still had to travel another 300 miles Mike and the Team took all my information, kept my car for service for the following week and ensured that I was able to get to the rental car place in Rochester. Mike kept me informed over the next few days and gave me an estimate for the service to be provided. These guys went above and beyond to take care of the customer and I guarantee that if I lived in Minnesota they would be my go to Jeep dealership. They did a great job fixing my van. Made it really easy gave me a loaner vehicle so I didnt have to worry about not having transportation. They didnt even charge me for the loaner vehicle only had to fill it back up with fuel. Would recommend to anyone that gets in an accident.

Unfortunately we went a different direction on are vehicle purchases but I wish the truck my son fell in love with would have been on there lot.
