Todd at Mosaic Auto is amazing!! Super fast!! I came in and he had a car picked out for me and I fell right in love! I was in and out in a little over an hour!! My car was missing some things and I told him and he fixed it right away! Also the people in finance are amazing and fast! Great place to go get a car! Go see them! Will be coming back for sure!!

Called and asked specific questions about financing and how their program is set up. I was given honest straightforward answers. They sent me a credit application and I filled it out. They worked with my down payment and gave me options. The financing side was easy and straightforward. They didn’t pressure me to buy a bunch of extras, but laid out all of my options and let me decide what I was comfortable with. Scott was extremely knowledgeable about my choice of vehicle. He did a great walk around and we went for a test drive. I am blown away about how smooth and easy the entire process went. I got a much better deal than I expected. I was expecting to need to save for another month or two to be able to buy my first choice vehicle. I drove it home today!!!! I’m so happy that Mosiac is here in Zumbrota. It’s worth the trip to go there and experience their service.

Visited recently and purchased a used 2019 Toyota Highlander. Alice was great during the entire process. She answered questions upfront on interest rates that other dealers weren’t interested in answering. Zia, with financing ,was also wonderful. He saw that I got sound discounts on this vehicle. This was a fantastic car buying experience. Highly recommended!

Mosaic Chevy really has it figured out. I needed a new truck and called ahead about the one I liked. I came in and bought it the next morning in about 3 hours time. Really friendly and knowledgeable staff. No high-pressure tactics, I declined a lot of add-ons and they respected my decisions. I'll be looking for my wife's new whip here when she is ready to upgrade.

Purchased a new 2025 Equinox last week and had a great experience with Alice and the team there. Went in to just look at one and ended up going back the next day to pick one up. The customer service was fantastic and the discount they were offering was more then any other dealership I've seen for this model since it's so new. If you are looking for a new car go and ask for Alice to help you out.

I do not normally buy cars from dealerships because I hate the experience. I have walked out of dealerships in the past mid deal due to high pressure and sales tactics. However, Mosaic had the vehicle I wanted at a very good price so I thought I would give it a go. I walked in with my guard up and was ready for battle. Not once did I feel pressured. Jack Madsen, in sales, was great to work with. It was a very laid back and relaxing experienced. Ryan Wichman in Finance was straight forward and made it a no pressure experiences. It was well worth the 30 minute drive and will look here first next time.

I cannot thank Aaron Herseth enough for his patience, transparency, kindness & cooperation! I live a little over five hours away and had been eyeing a Tesla before they even had it delivered. Aaron made sure to keep me updated all throughout this long period of time and was always quick to answer any communication I sent to him. He went above and beyond to FaceTime me once it was delivered and sent a TON of photos. Even throughout the unforeseen circumstance of their sales software being shut down, his manager made a two hour round trip to retrieve PAPER contracts just so that I could get them a check issued out to them through my union and purchase the vehicle same day. On top of all that, my travel time went about ten minutes past their closing time and Aaron waited all day for me to get there so I could purchase the car. OUTSTANDING SERVICE, AARON. Thank you!!

I recently had my 2023 RAM 1500 3.6 eTorque at this dealership for warranty work. I've been buying cars for 50 years and have had many unsatisfying experiences with service departments at various dealers. Many of you out there know what I'm referring to. They did a great job fixing my van. Made it really easy gave me a loaner vehicle so I didnt have to worry about not having transportation. They didnt even charge me for the loaner vehicle only had to fill it back up with fuel. Would recommend to anyone that gets in an accident.

I was helping my son look for a truck. I must have talked with at least 10 dealership over a 2day span. This place was by far the best place to deal with the 2 lady's I delt with were Nickki and granny. I can tell you Nikki went way above and beyond to help us get all the information we needed. Unfortunately we went a different direction on are vehicle purchases but I wish the truck my son fell in love with would have been on there lot.

Sales staff were very friendly. I was looking for a new truck online thought I saw something i liked so looked closer a salesman reached out to me and showed me a very nice truck in my price range. Here is where my purchase goes sideways. I was passed off to Jesse Jagunich a “Financial Advisor” to whom I made it clear I was interested in financing through GM. Once he had my information he used it to apply at some Banks the dealership did business with instead GM. So when he called and started the sales pitch for warranties yes not one but 3 the 36 month gm A 5 year 100,000 from Zurich for $6000. The third was the lifetime power train that Mosiac provides if you let them arrange the financing. He did not want to tell me the interest rate until he finished his sales pitch. He was trying get me to agree to pay 6.99% interest which was 2 full points higher than GM. I knew my credit rating was 870 When I voiced reluctance to pay extra he tried to convince me he was doing me a favor by arranging for me to pay $2400 more than I agreed for my vehicle. I pressed him for why the higher rate and he told me the company warranty is paid for through the additional interest that their banks charge. I hung up on him and called my credit union they wired the amount I had agreed to pay. Scot the salesmen I was working with did a very good job of completing this sale after my experience with the “Financial Advisor” The service dept also did a fine job for me as well. So Sales ***** Service ***** Finance 0* I strongly suggest you know what you are worth before sitting down with or talking over the phone with any “Financial Advisor” at this dealership

Went in not knowing what kind of SUV I was wanting and Keagen Haugen was amazing in helping assist my husband and I and directed us in the direction on which SUV was going to be the most reliable and best option with expecting a baby! He was patient with us and really listened to what our needs/wants were. Spencer was excellent. He answered all of our questions. Spencer even took care of my daughter who bought a car through him as well. When signing the paperwork the guy was super nice and funny. He made us feel comfortable buying a car from them. We bought our last car from Zumbrota ford and I was not happy when I left that place 5 hours after we got there. Great experience overall. Stanley was super helpful and made the whole experience feel relaxed, no pressure to buy. The sales staff helped to get a better price on my trade in which was pretty cool! Stanley offered us refreshments multiple times, felt very welcoming. Even when I had worry after signing and questions on the paperwork, they were open to questions and helped clarify!

Offered a fair price on my trade and the vehicle I bought was priced fairly also. like all dealers, tried to add on tons of extra warranty and protections when the paperwork was being done. One thing that hit me sideways was this device they add on to make the brakes flash. $400 add on, that they can't remove. Should be part of the purchase price, not listed as an "extra". Overall, good experience, Granny was great to work with.
