From the moment I walked in, Mick provided an outstanding experience. Went in not knowing what kind of SUV I was wanting and Keagen Haugen was amazing in helping assist my husband and I and directed us in the direction on which SUV was going to be the most reliable and best option with expecting a baby! He was patient with us and really listened to what our needs/wants were. When talking about pricing options he was very thorough with the whole process and made sure he explained and went over all options we could do to benefit us! When asking about certain SUV’s he went out of his way to make sure he found everything and anything in our price range and style and was very open with us about the reliability of what he was showing us! If you’re thinking of upgrading or wanting to look at options for a new vehicle mosaic is a great place to go and I highly recommend asking for Keagen Haugen at the Mosaic Chevy location he is great at his job and will for sure make sure you get exactly what you’re looking for!

Spencer was excellent. He answered all of our questions. Spencer even took care of my daughter who bought a car through him as well. When signing the paperwork the guy was super nice and funny. He made us feel comfortable buying a car from them. We bought our last car from Zumbrota ford and I was not happy when I left that place 5 hours after we got there. I told myself that I would never go there again. After dealing with Spencer I have changed my mind and will buy another car or truck from Spencer and Mosiac motors. Thank you for a good experience. Great experience overall. Stanley was super helpful and made the whole experience feel relaxed, no pressure to buy. The sales staff helped to get a better price on my trade in which was pretty cool! Stanley offered us refreshments multiple times, felt very welcoming. Even when I had worry after signing and questions on the paperwork, they were open to questions and helped clarify!

Offered a fair price on my trade and the vehicle I bought was priced fairly also. like all dealers, tried to add on tons of extra warranty and protections when the paperwork was being done. One thing that hit me sideways was this device they add on to make the brakes flash. $400 add on, that they can't remove. Should be part of the purchase price, not listed as an "extra". Overall, good experience, Granny was great to work with.

I have bought 7 vehicles from Mosiac 2 of them being challengers, 3 chargers, a Jeep Cherokee and a Dodge Durango. Michael made my latest purchase quick and easy. I had searched many dodge locations in search of my latest charger and they spent the extra time to make sure I was given several options to make sure I got the best deal and was truly happy. I know for sure as long as Micheal and Todd are working for Mosiac I will not go anywhere else. Look forward to seeing you in 3 years for my next lease. I am a very satisfied customer. I cannot thank Aaron Herseth enough for his patience, transparency, kindness & cooperation! I live a little over five hours away and had been eyeing a Tesla before they even had it delivered. Aaron made sure to keep me updated all throughout this long period of time and was always quick to answer any communication I sent to him. He went above and beyond to FaceTime me once it was delivered and sent a TON of photos. Even throughout the unforeseen circumstance of their sales software being shut down, his manager made a two hour round trip to retrieve PAPER contracts just so that I could get them a check issued out to them through my union and purchase the vehicle same day. On top of all that, my travel time went about ten minutes past their closing time and Aaron waited all day for me to get there so I could purchase the car. OUTSTANDING SERVICE, AARON. Thank you!!

I recently had my 2023 RAM 1500 3.6 eTorque at this dealership for warranty work. I've been buying cars for 50 years and have had many unsatisfying experiences with service departments at various dealers. Many of you out there know what I'm referring to. Mick, Jolene, and Erick were miles above and beyond every dealer I have encountered (I’ve been to over a dozen dealers (across multiple states) if you don’t mind a short 45 minute commute from the cities(or really anywhere) to save LITERALLY thousands of dollars as well as being made to feel like you are legitimately a part of the family then you need to make your way to Mosaic! They’re very friendly and extremely knowledgeable and super helpful!

I was interested in a Honda Accord they had on their lot. It was quite a drive from my home - 29 miles each way and I was driving my gas guzzling Toyota Tundra. Mick at Mosaic went out of his way to try and get me as much for my trade as possible. We didn't quite get to the right deal for me, but Mick paid for my gas to come and test drive that Accord. Amazing customer service. We didn't make a deal this time, but they really went the extra mile and I'll be back for future cars, for sure!!

I worked with Alice. She was great. They found someone to accept my not so great credit score, and drove off with a “new to me” vehicle the same day. It didn’t take an entire day, we worked through email and text messages which was great as my hours at work were difficult to do in person meetings. I highly recommend this place. Excellent alternative to the higher priced services at Rochester dealership. Friendly folks, quick service and no spray or drips from RAM truck oil and gas filter change. Mick was amazing. I live in Mpls, found this vehicle online but didn’t have the time to run down to the dealership to check it out. He offered to drive it to me. I loved it. He then took my trade vehicle back with him, got a trade value that afternoon, did the deal with their finance team the next morning over the phone, and then Mick drove back to Mpls with the paperwork for me to sign. And he also spent time with me to go over some of the cool features we hadn’t hit on yet. So easy. Incredible customer service. Thank you all!
