My car buying experience was excellent with the help of salesman, Patrick. He was very knowledgeable, accurate to detail, and honest with our time being. There’s no “pushy to buy” attitude at the Mosiac dealership. They will always listen to your wants and needs and will always help you get that vehicle the same day - with their more than reasonable prices on vehicles. Everything went good~ The thing we thought was wrong, was that light that you install on all vehicles is wrong. You install it and then charge the customer $399.00 when we never even asked for it.

My Wife and I bought a new trailblazer. Our salesman Scott was good and very knowledgeable. The financing laby Joleen was very quick at get all the paperwork done! The only thing that could use some help is simplify the initial stuff the salesperson has to put in. Or have someone else do it to speed it up.

I had a pleasant experience at Eide Chrysler Zumbrota. I went from a performance vehicle with a very stiff ride to something more comfortable. I am in my very first Jeep. The sales experience was interesting, as I was treated like “family”. It was if we knew each other for years. Mick even got me lunch. The finance department was amazing as well. Im super happy with this purchase. Overall 9/10. Im giving 9 out of 10 because people are skeptical of reviews that are perfect ratings. All I can say, is don’t take my word for it, go in and find out for yourself. Ps. 10/10 :) Update: Loved my first service appointment. I was expecting an hr to two hours of wait time. Unbeknownst to me, I was in and out in 30 minutes. Friendly service and prompt. Just the way I like it!

Recently bought a truck from Mosaic. Found it advertised online and called to find out more info. They were upfront about everything and always asking if I had any questions. If I did have a question they answered it right away. I never felt pressured or felt as though they were hiding anything. I did everything right over the phone and they even delivered the truck the same day for free, even though I live in a different state. They have also contacted me a few times since the truck was delivered just to make sure I'm still happy and to answer any questions that have come up. So far I'm very happy to have bought my truck from them and would recommend them.

I observed the service crew help out a very stressed out lady and her children traveling from Minnesota to Illinois for a wedding. The service crew had, at their own expense, bought these folks breakfast and went above and beyond to fix her vehicle’s problem. They were extremely kind to her and got her safely on her way. I was simply an observant bystander, but it was delightful to see such kindness given to a person who is not even one of their “regular” customers. Well done!!

Offered a fair price on my trade and the vehicle I bought was priced fairly also. like all dealers, tried to add on tons of extra warranty and protections when the paperwork was being done. One thing that hit me sideways was this device they add on to make the brakes flash. $400 add on, that they can't remove. Should be part of the purchase price, not listed as an "extra". Overall, good experience, Granny was great to work with.

I have bought 7 vehicles from Mosiac 2 of them being challengers, 3 chargers, a Jeep Cherokee and a Dodge Durango. Michael made my latest purchase quick and easy. I had searched many dodge locations in search of my latest charger and they spent the extra time to make sure I was given several options to make sure I got the best deal and was truly happy. So far, so good. Purchased a used vehicle a few weeks ago from Mosiac Chevy. Stanley H. was a professional young man who was very helpful! Appreciated him investigating answers to questions we had to provide honest answers! (Instead of “blowing smoke” to complete a sale) Service department was pleasant and timely, as vehicle required new tires! Appreciated the installed quality tires, instead of pawning off cheap ones! Would recommend this dealership’s services!

Mick was without a doubt one of the best car salesman I've ever dealt with! He got me into a great vehicle that I loved. Unfortunately a week later I hit a deer totaling it out. Mick stuck with me the whole time, checking in on me, sending me new vehicles in my price range that they'd been getting in, and with a little patience and determination, we finally found the one for me! Not once, but TWICE he came through for me! LOVE my new car!!! I can't express my gratitude enough. Not to mention the whole team at Mosaic...every time I walked in the door, I was warmly greeted, everyone was so friendly.

I was a little hesitant to buy a vehicle anywhere out of state, but I couldn't find a vehicle in Montana that checked all of the boxes. When I received the call from Scott I instantly knew this would be a great transaction. Not only were the prices better than anywhere else I had been searching, but the selection of vehicles was also larger than other dealerships. Scott made the paperwork pain free, and he answered all of my questions. He then handed me off to Jesse in the finance department and he made that part of the transaction easy. These guys were very professional and damn good at what they do, I highly recommend Mosaic Chevrolet and more specifically these two gentlemen.

Came in for an oil change and the service station had some appointments and initially was going to be quite a wait, and one of the mechanics overheard and asked what I needed and said he’d take care of it and I was super happy because I wasn’t prepared to wait 90 mins for an oil change. Call for appt next time.

Jack Madsen was Friendly , knowledgeable. Nice to work with. New car manager, finance officer, service manager were all good people. I recommend mozaic Ram of Zumbrota as I would give them another opportunity to sell me a car in the future. PS, UPDATE: 03/27/2026. I HAVE BEEN. ATTEMPTING TO GET HELP FROM THE FINANCE DEPT.[AHMED DEEB] WROTE THIS PURCHASE. I ADVISED HIM THAT IN WISCONSIN, WE OWN OU R LICENSE PLATES. I TOLD HIM I CALLED Wi.DMV TO ASK HOW TO TRANSFER MY HANDICAP PLAYES FROM MY 2012 SILVERADO TO THE NEW 2026 LARAMIE. AHMED SAID HE DID NOT KNOW HOW TO DO THAT. I SAID, THEY ADVISED ME THAT YOU ADD IT TO THE LICENSE PLATE APPLICATION FORM MV1-1. SECTION B RIGHT AFTER VEHICLE SER. NUMBER. WELL. AHMED FAILED TO COMPLETE THE FORM CORRECTLY. HE EVIDENTLY ADDED THEIR TEMPORARY PLATE NUMBER IN ORDER TO GAIN THE $3.00 TEMPORARY PLATE FEE. THUS ALSO ADDING THE Wi. License plate fee #100.00, wheel tax fee $38.00 Total $176.00 overcharge. I have spent several hours and miles trying to correct this. Wi.DMV said dealership can complete form MV1020, MARK PLATE AND TAG DESTROYED AND GET ""MY"" REFUND. AFTER TALKIMG WITH MR. DEEB (TWICE IN FEB.)sent him the two forms marked where it plainly states to write in my handicap plate number he needed to complete for my refund, [UNANSWERED Email o3/25/2026], A COUPLE TIMES , HE TALKED TO WOMAN WHO COMPLETES FORMS, I (02/25/26 4:30 PM). TALKED TO SALES MANAGER AHMED ALI FOR HELP [AFTER I SPENT A FEW HOURS FIGURING OUT HOW TO COMPLETE THE REQUEST FOR THE DEALERSHIP TO GET THE $500.00 VET DISCOUNT MONEY (STILL CONFUSED HOW THAT WORKS) HE PASSED ME BACK TO MR. DEEB WHO DOESN'T RETURN E MAILS OR CALLS. SO, I GUESS I HAVE TO SAY, AT AGE 77 I LEARNED A LITTLE ABOUT COMPUTERING. THE BIGGEST THING ALL SHOULD BE AWARE OF IS "WHEN THESE PEOPLR SAY ITS AFTET THE SALE IS WHAT MATTERS" JUST LOOK TO THE CEILING AND BLINK TWICE AS YOU HEAD FOR THE DOOR AND CHECK OUT ANOTHER DEALER.
