They did a great job fixing my van. Made it really easy gave me a loaner vehicle so I didnt have to worry about not having transportation. They didnt even charge me for the loaner vehicle only had to fill it back up with fuel. Would recommend to anyone that gets in an accident.

I was helping my son look for a truck. I must have talked with at least 10 dealership over a 2day span. This place was by far the best place to deal with the 2 lady's I delt with were Nickki and granny. I can tell you Nikki went way above and beyond to help us get all the information we needed. Unfortunately we went a different direction on are vehicle purchases but I wish the truck my son fell in love with would have been on there lot.

Sales staff were very friendly. I was looking for a new truck online thought I saw something i liked so looked closer a salesman reached out to me and showed me a very nice truck in my price range. Here is where my purchase goes sideways. I was passed off to Jesse Jagunich a “Financial Advisor” to whom I made it clear I was interested in financing through GM. Once he had my information he used it to apply at some Banks the dealership did business with instead GM. So when he called and started the sales pitch for warranties yes not one but 3 the 36 month gm A 5 year 100,000 from Zurich for $6000. The third was the lifetime power train that Mosiac provides if you let them arrange the financing. He did not want to tell me the interest rate until he finished his sales pitch. He was trying get me to agree to pay 6.99% interest which was 2 full points higher than GM. I knew my credit rating was 870 When I voiced reluctance to pay extra he tried to convince me he was doing me a favor by arranging for me to pay $2400 more than I agreed for my vehicle. I pressed him for why the higher rate and he told me the company warranty is paid for through the additional interest that their banks charge. I hung up on him and called my credit union they wired the amount I had agreed to pay. Scot the salesmen I was working with did a very good job of completing this sale after my experience with the “Financial Advisor” The service dept also did a fine job for me as well. So Sales ***** Service ***** Finance 0* I strongly suggest you know what you are worth before sitting down with or talking over the phone with any “Financial Advisor” at this dealership

Usually buying a vehicle is stressful and just not a great experience but not with Granny! She was amazing and made our trip in worth it. We drove over an hour to get there and was hoping to be able to get the truck that I had been looking at online, we took it for a test drive, she answered all of our questions and made us super comfortable with the whole experience! Went in not knowing what kind of SUV I was wanting and Keagen Haugen was amazing in helping assist my husband and I and directed us in the direction on which SUV was going to be the most reliable and best option with expecting a baby! He was patient with us and really listened to what our needs/wants were. When talking about pricing options he was very thorough with the whole process and made sure he explained and went over all options we could do to benefit us! When asking about certain SUV’s he went out of his way to make sure he found everything and anything in our price range and style and was very open with us about the reliability of what he was showing us! If you’re thinking of upgrading or wanting to look at options for a new vehicle mosaic is a great place to go and I highly recommend asking for Keagen Haugen at the Mosaic Chevy location he is great at his job and will for sure make sure you get exactly what you’re looking for!

Spencer was excellent. He answered all of our questions. Spencer even took care of my daughter who bought a car through him as well. When signing the paperwork the guy was super nice and funny. He made us feel comfortable buying a car from them. We bought our last car from Zumbrota ford and I was not happy when I left that place 5 hours after we got there. Great experience overall. Stanley was super helpful and made the whole experience feel relaxed, no pressure to buy. The sales staff helped to get a better price on my trade in which was pretty cool! Stanley offered us refreshments multiple times, felt very welcoming. Even when I had worry after signing and questions on the paperwork, they were open to questions and helped clarify!

Offered a fair price on my trade and the vehicle I bought was priced fairly also. like all dealers, tried to add on tons of extra warranty and protections when the paperwork was being done. One thing that hit me sideways was this device they add on to make the brakes flash. $400 add on, that they can't remove. Should be part of the purchase price, not listed as an "extra". Overall, good experience, Granny was great to work with.

Mick, Jolene, and Erick were miles above and beyond every dealer I have encountered (I’ve been to over a dozen dealers (across multiple states) if you don’t mind a short 45 minute commute from the cities(or really anywhere) to save LITERALLY thousands of dollars as well as being made to feel like you are legitimately a part of the family then you need to make your way to Mosaic! I was interested in a Honda Accord they had on their lot. It was quite a drive from my home - 29 miles each way and I was driving my gas guzzling Toyota Tundra. Mick at Mosaic went out of his way to try and get me as much for my trade as possible. We didn't quite get to the right deal for me, but Mick paid for my gas to come and test drive that Accord. Amazing customer service. We didn't make a deal this time, but they really went the extra mile and I'll be back for future cars, for sure!!

I worked with Alice. She was great. They found someone to accept my not so great credit score, and drove off with a “new to me” vehicle the same day. It didn’t take an entire day, we worked through email and text messages which was great as my hours at work were difficult to do in person meetings. I highly recommend this place. Got a great deal on a used Equinox. Big relief after doing lots of online searching. Vehicle was really clean, Isaac was friendly and not pushy, and the finance guy got us a lower rate than our credit union.

Very professional Staff, no pressure to purchase. The sales person very polite, professional and answered all my questions. The Manager was very approachable and super friendly!!! The Finance person was very helpful in helping me pick what service plans I wanted. Met with the Service Department was great! In all, a very refreshing, relaxed atmosphere to purchase a new truck! Excellent alternative to the higher priced services at Rochester dealership. Friendly folks, quick service and no spray or drips from RAM truck oil and gas filter change. Drive a bit further but saved hundreds of dollars. Will go back for next change. Thanks Matt and crew for great service appointment.

Mick was amazing. I live in Mpls, found this vehicle online but didn’t have the time to run down to the dealership to check it out. He offered to drive it to me. I loved it. He then took my trade vehicle back with him, got a trade value that afternoon, did the deal with their finance team the next morning over the phone, and then Mick drove back to Mpls with the paperwork for me to sign. And he also spent time with me to go over some of the cool features we hadn’t hit on yet. So easy. Incredible customer service. Thank you all!

I have bought 4 vehicles from Griffin 3 of them being a challenger and 2 chargers. Nick and Griffin made my latest purchase quick and easy. I had searched many dodge locations in search of my latest charger and they spent the extra time to make sure I was given several options to make sure I got the best deal and was truly happy. I know for sure as long as Griffin and Nick are working for Mosiac I will not go anywhere else. Look forward to seeing you in 3 and a half years. I am a very satisfied customer. Everything went good~ The thing we thought was wrong, was that light that you install on all vehicles is wrong. You install it and then charge the customer $399.00 when we never even asked for it.

My Wife and I bought a new trailblazer. Our salesman Scott was good and very knowledgeable. The financing laby Joleen was very quick at get all the paperwork done! The only thing that could use some help is simplify the initial stuff the salesperson has to put in. Or have someone else do it to speed it up.
