Offered a fair price on my trade and the vehicle I bought was priced fairly also. like all dealers, tried to add on tons of extra warranty and protections when the paperwork was being done. One thing that hit me sideways was this device they add on to make the brakes flash. $400 add on, that they can't remove. Should be part of the purchase price, not listed as an "extra". Overall, good experience, Granny was great to work with.

I have bought 7 vehicles from Mosiac 2 of them being challengers, 3 chargers, a Jeep Cherokee and a Dodge Durango. Michael made my latest purchase quick and easy. I had searched many dodge locations in search of my latest charger and they spent the extra time to make sure I was given several options to make sure I got the best deal and was truly happy. I know for sure as long as Micheal and Todd are working for Mosiac I will not go anywhere else. Look forward to seeing you in 3 years for my next lease. I am a very satisfied customer. Also I didn't feel pressure during any part of the deal and was in and out in 3 hours. Mosiac Dodge in zumbrota clearly has the small town feel and great customer service

So far, so good. Purchased a used vehicle a few weeks ago from Mosiac Chevy. Stanley H. was a professional young man who was very helpful! Appreciated him investigating answers to questions we had to provide honest answers! (Instead of “blowing smoke” to complete a sale) Service department was pleasant and timely, as vehicle required new tires! Appreciated the installed quality tires, instead of pawning off cheap ones! Would recommend this dealership’s services!

Mick was without a doubt one of the best car salesman I've ever dealt with! He got me into a great vehicle that I loved. Unfortunately a week later I hit a deer totaling it out. Mick stuck with me the whole time, checking in on me, sending me new vehicles in my price range that they'd been getting in, and with a little patience and determination, we finally found the one for me! Not once, but TWICE he came through for me! LOVE my new car!!! I can't express my gratitude enough. I was a little hesitant to buy a vehicle anywhere out of state, but I couldn't find a vehicle in Montana that checked all of the boxes. When I received the call from Scott I instantly knew this would be a great transaction. Not only were the prices better than anywhere else I had been searching, but the selection of vehicles was also larger than other dealerships. Scott made the paperwork pain free, and he answered all of my questions. He then handed me off to Jesse in the finance department and he made that part of the transaction easy. These guys were very professional and damn good at what they do, I highly recommend Mosaic Chevrolet and more specifically these two gentlemen.

Came in for an oil change and the service station had some appointments and initially was going to be quite a wait, and one of the mechanics overheard and asked what I needed and said he’d take care of it and I was super happy because I wasn’t prepared to wait 90 mins for an oil change. Call for appt next time.

Jack Madsen was Friendly , knowledgeable. Nice to work with. New car manager, finance officer, service manager were all good people. I recommend mozaic Ram of Zumbrota as I would give them another opportunity to sell me a car in the future. PS, UPDATE: 03/27/2026. I HAVE BEEN. ATTEMPTING TO GET HELP FROM THE FINANCE DEPT.[AHMED DEEB] WROTE THIS PURCHASE. I ADVISED HIM THAT IN WISCONSIN, WE OWN OU R LICENSE PLATES. I TOLD HIM I CALLED Wi.DMV TO ASK HOW TO TRANSFER MY HANDICAP PLAYES FROM MY 2012 SILVERADO TO THE NEW 2026 LARAMIE. AHMED SAID HE DID NOT KNOW HOW TO DO THAT. I SAID, THEY ADVISED ME THAT YOU ADD IT TO THE LICENSE PLATE APPLICATION FORM MV1-1. SECTION B RIGHT AFTER VEHICLE SER. NUMBER. WELL. AHMED FAILED TO COMPLETE THE FORM CORRECTLY. HE EVIDENTLY ADDED THEIR TEMPORARY PLATE NUMBER IN ORDER TO GAIN THE $3.00 TEMPORARY PLATE FEE. THUS ALSO ADDING THE Wi. License plate fee #100.00, wheel tax fee $38.00 Total $176.00 overcharge. I have spent several hours and miles trying to correct this. Wi.DMV said dealership can complete form MV1020, MARK PLATE AND TAG DESTROYED AND GET ""MY"" REFUND. AFTER TALKIMG WITH MR. DEEB (TWICE IN FEB.)sent him the two forms marked where it plainly states to write in my handicap plate number he needed to complete for my refund, [UNANSWERED Email o3/25/2026], A COUPLE TIMES , HE TALKED TO WOMAN WHO COMPLETES FORMS, I (02/25/26 4:30 PM). TALKED TO SALES MANAGER AHMED ALI FOR HELP [AFTER I SPENT A FEW HOURS FIGURING OUT HOW TO COMPLETE THE REQUEST FOR THE DEALERSHIP TO GET THE $500.00 VET DISCOUNT MONEY (STILL CONFUSED HOW THAT WORKS) HE PASSED ME BACK TO MR. DEEB WHO DOESN'T RETURN E MAILS OR CALLS. SO, I GUESS I HAVE TO SAY, AT AGE 77 I LEARNED A LITTLE ABOUT COMPUTERING. Today was our third visit to Eide Chrysler! We were so pleased with their service since our alternator failed, last fall, in Zumbrota. At that time we were on our way to northern Wisconsin. Since then we had them serviced other things including brakes and air-conditioning. We would highly recommend them!

I ordered a vehicle from Eide Zumbrota because dealers in Mpls/St. Paul were asking $5000 over MSRP. We agreed on a price a little under MSRP. When the car finally came in the factory had raised the price $1400 but Eide honored the original deal. Awesome to work with!!

My wife and I just purchased our 2023 Chevy Corvette Convertible 70th Anniversary. Alice our sales representative worked hard to get us the best deal on the Corvette and we got a great deal. We flew from Michigan to the Minneapolis Airport. A driver (Fred) picked us up from the airport and he was such a wonderful person. When we arrived at the dealership, which was a beautiful facility. We were greeted by Ken and then by Alice. Everyone at the dealership treated us like family, what an awesome crew. The entire process was wonderful Thanks again, Alice, Ken, Mark, and Fred.

Flagship is my favorite place to go, I cannot recommend them enough. I had my front brakes and rotors changed, an oil change, and my tires rotated and the staff were great. I had a concern after leaving (turned out to be defective parts sent from the factory) and they were AMAZING at getting my vehicle back in the next day and helping resolve the problem. The manager was great and didn’t treat me like a ‘typical woman’ like lots of dealers unfortunately do. Will definitely be going there for future maintenance

I waited 2.5 years for Chevrolet to BUILD a Tahoe for me. When other dealerships (some very large) could not/would not get one Flagship Chevrolet in Zumbrota MN. Was able to get me everything I wanted and in exceptional time. VERY pleased and excited to have it now.

I was in desperate need for a new car, had looked for weeks with nothing to show for it. Saw a photo online, called and Alice answered, said yes the car was available still, told her I was over 90 minutes away, she said it was no problem. Got there and it was washed and waiting for me! Test drove it and realized I had to get this car. Told Alice what I needed for monthly payments and she and the sales manager were miracle workers! There was no pressure, no pushing to get a sale, nothing! I finally felt heard, respected and taken seriously. In less than 3 hours I had payments I could afford and a new car! It was so easy and the best experience, I will definitely be recommending them to all my friends and family! Thank you from the bottom of my heart! ❤

We just bought a new vehicle for my husband and Alice was wonderful to work with, it was an easy process and would recommend her if you are looking for a vehicle. Even better than the buying of the vehicle is how Alice went above and beyond for us and got us a loaner vehicle as we had an area on the bumper to be fixed so we would be down a vehicle for a couple of days. It meant a lot to us as her simple extra step meant that we didnt have to change our schedules around to try to get kids to school, both to work and so on with one vehicle. Much appreciated!!

Flagship was Excellent to deal with on my 2014 Chevy 3500 Warranty Recall. I called Corey (Service) and he ordered the part in and called me when he had it. We scheduled the replacement for the following day and I was in and out in a half hour. You won't find better service than that! Thank you Corey & Flagship.

They installed tires and at the same time Corey let me know rear brakes were worn out, called and I was happy he did and they installed at the same time. We just bought a car from Flagship a week ago, and it was the best car buying experience my wife and I have ever had! Very friendly salesman, not pressuring us. Very good deal on our trade-in, and they got us a great interest rate with a good lender. And the car they sold us is just what we wanted! 2 days after we bought it, we drove 7 hours up to Angle Inlet and it worked great. (It is a used car.) We recently purchased a used Chevy truck from another dealer. The second day we owned it, we were driving through Zumbrota on our way to visit family for the holiday weekend. A warning light came on and said service immediately! We were so lucky to be driving past this dealership, and we pulled in to see if they could help. They got us in immediately, found the issue, had the part in stock and got us back on the road within a couple hours! We were so grateful we had the issue where we did!
