Today was our third visit to Eide Chrysler! We were so pleased with their service since our alternator failed, last fall, in Zumbrota. At that time we were on our way to northern Wisconsin. Since then we had them serviced other things including brakes and air-conditioning. We would highly recommend them!

I ordered a vehicle from Eide Zumbrota because dealers in Mpls/St. Paul were asking $5000 over MSRP. We agreed on a price a little under MSRP. When the car finally came in the factory had raised the price $1400 but Eide honored the original deal. Awesome to work with!!

My wife and I just purchased our 2023 Chevy Corvette Convertible 70th Anniversary. Alice our sales representative worked hard to get us the best deal on the Corvette and we got a great deal. We flew from Michigan to the Minneapolis Airport. A driver (Fred) picked us up from the airport and he was such a wonderful person. When we arrived at the dealership, which was a beautiful facility. We were greeted by Ken and then by Alice. Everyone at the dealership treated us like family, what an awesome crew. The entire process was wonderful Thanks again, Alice, Ken, Mark, and Fred.

Flagship is my favorite place to go, I cannot recommend them enough. I had my front brakes and rotors changed, an oil change, and my tires rotated and the staff were great. I had a concern after leaving (turned out to be defective parts sent from the factory) and they were AMAZING at getting my vehicle back in the next day and helping resolve the problem. The manager was great and didn’t treat me like a ‘typical woman’ like lots of dealers unfortunately do. Will definitely be going there for future maintenance

I stopped by without an appointment and they were able to look at my tire, find the issue, patch it and get me on my way in 20 minutes. Plus the cost was very minimal. Really appreciate the quick and affordable service. Not to mention the staff is always so pleasant to work with.

I waited 2.5 years for Chevrolet to BUILD a Tahoe for me. When other dealerships (some very large) could not/would not get one Flagship Chevrolet in Zumbrota MN. Was able to get me everything I wanted and in exceptional time. VERY pleased and excited to have it now.

I was in desperate need for a new car, had looked for weeks with nothing to show for it. Saw a photo online, called and Alice answered, said yes the car was available still, told her I was over 90 minutes away, she said it was no problem. Got there and it was washed and waiting for me! Test drove it and realized I had to get this car. Told Alice what I needed for monthly payments and she and the sales manager were miracle workers! There was no pressure, no pushing to get a sale, nothing! I finally felt heard, respected and taken seriously. In less than 3 hours I had payments I could afford and a new car! It was so easy and the best experience, I will definitely be recommending them to all my friends and family! Thank you from the bottom of my heart! ❤

We just bought a new vehicle for my husband and Alice was wonderful to work with, it was an easy process and would recommend her if you are looking for a vehicle. Even better than the buying of the vehicle is how Alice went above and beyond for us and got us a loaner vehicle as we had an area on the bumper to be fixed so we would be down a vehicle for a couple of days. It meant a lot to us as her simple extra step meant that we didnt have to change our schedules around to try to get kids to school, both to work and so on with one vehicle. Much appreciated!!

Flagship was Excellent to deal with on my 2014 Chevy 3500 Warranty Recall. I called Corey (Service) and he ordered the part in and called me when he had it. We scheduled the replacement for the following day and I was in and out in a half hour. You won't find better service than that! Thank you Corey & Flagship.

(Bryce Frederick) I checked on tire prices for my 2004 Chevrolet Impala, they could get the same tires I had on and at a very good price. They installed tires and at the same time Corey let me know rear brakes were worn out, called and I was happy he did and they installed at the same time. We just bought a car from Flagship a week ago, and it was the best car buying experience my wife and I have ever had! Very friendly salesman, not pressuring us. Very good deal on our trade-in, and they got us a great interest rate with a good lender. And the car they sold us is just what we wanted! 2 days after we bought it, we drove 7 hours up to Angle Inlet and it worked great. (It is a used car.) We strongly recommend if you are looking to buy a new or used car, check out Flagship's inventory, and then go test drive. Ask for Isaac to help you. (Then you'll see what we're talking about!)

We recently purchased a used Chevy truck from another dealer. The second day we owned it, we were driving through Zumbrota on our way to visit family for the holiday weekend. A warning light came on and said service immediately! We were so lucky to be driving past this dealership, and we pulled in to see if they could help. They got us in immediately, found the issue, had the part in stock and got us back on the road within a couple hours! We were so grateful we had the issue where we did! Everyone there was so nice and helpful! We will definitely remember them when we purchase our next vehicle!

They did a great job fixing my van. Made it really easy gave me a loaner vehicle so I didnt have to worry about not having transportation. They didnt even charge me for the loaner vehicle only had to fill it back up with fuel. Would recommend to anyone that gets in an accident.

I was helping my son look for a truck. I must have talked with at least 10 dealership over a 2day span. This place was by far the best place to deal with the 2 lady's I delt with were Nickki and granny. I can tell you Nikki went way above and beyond to help us get all the information we needed. Unfortunately we went a different direction on are vehicle purchases but I wish the truck my son fell in love with would have been on there lot.

Sales staff were very friendly. I was looking for a new truck online thought I saw something i liked so looked closer a salesman reached out to me and showed me a very nice truck in my price range. Here is where my purchase goes sideways. I was passed off to Jesse Jagunich a “Financial Advisor” to whom I made it clear I was interested in financing through GM. Once he had my information he used it to apply at some Banks the dealership did business with instead GM. So when he called and started the sales pitch for warranties yes not one but 3 the 36 month gm A 5 year 100,000 from Zurich for $6000. The third was the lifetime power train that Mosiac provides if you let them arrange the financing. He did not want to tell me the interest rate until he finished his sales pitch. He was trying get me to agree to pay 6.99% interest which was 2 full points higher than GM. I knew my credit rating was 870 When I voiced reluctance to pay extra he tried to convince me he was doing me a favor by arranging for me to pay $2400 more than I agreed for my vehicle. I pressed him for why the higher rate and he told me the company warranty is paid for through the additional interest that their banks charge. I hung up on him and called my credit union they wired the amount I had agreed to pay. Scot the salesmen I was working with did a very good job of completing this sale after my experience with the “Financial Advisor” The service dept also did a fine job for me as well. So Sales ***** Service ***** Finance 0* I strongly suggest you know what you are worth before sitting down with or talking over the phone with any “Financial Advisor” at this dealership

Went in not knowing what kind of SUV I was wanting and Keagen Haugen was amazing in helping assist my husband and I and directed us in the direction on which SUV was going to be the most reliable and best option with expecting a baby! He was patient with us and really listened to what our needs/wants were. When talking about pricing options he was very thorough with the whole process and made sure he explained and went over all options we could do to benefit us! When asking about certain SUV’s he went out of his way to make sure he found everything and anything in our price range and style and was very open with us about the reliability of what he was showing us! Spencer was excellent. He answered all of our questions. Spencer even took care of my daughter who bought a car through him as well. When signing the paperwork the guy was super nice and funny. He made us feel comfortable buying a car from them. We bought our last car from Zumbrota ford and I was not happy when I left that place 5 hours after we got there. Great experience overall. Stanley was super helpful and made the whole experience feel relaxed, no pressure to buy. The sales staff helped to get a better price on my trade in which was pretty cool! Stanley offered us refreshments multiple times, felt very welcoming. Even when I had worry after signing and questions on the paperwork, they were open to questions and helped clarify!

Offered a fair price on my trade and the vehicle I bought was priced fairly also. like all dealers, tried to add on tons of extra warranty and protections when the paperwork was being done. One thing that hit me sideways was this device they add on to make the brakes flash. $400 add on, that they can't remove. Should be part of the purchase price, not listed as an "extra". Overall, good experience, Granny was great to work with.
