I have bought 7 vehicles from Mosiac 2 of them being challengers, 3 chargers, a Jeep Cherokee and a Dodge Durango. Michael made my latest purchase quick and easy. I had searched many dodge locations in search of my latest charger and they spent the extra time to make sure I was given several options to make sure I got the best deal and was truly happy. I know for sure as long as Micheal and Todd are working for Mosiac I will not go anywhere else. Look forward to seeing you in 3 years for my next lease. I am a very satisfied customer. Also I didn't feel pressure during any part of the deal and was in and out in 3 hours. Mosiac Dodge in zumbrota clearly has the small town feel and great customer service

So far, so good. Purchased a used vehicle a few weeks ago from Mosiac Chevy. Stanley H. was a professional young man who was very helpful! Appreciated him investigating answers to questions we had to provide honest answers! (Instead of “blowing smoke” to complete a sale) Service department was pleasant and timely, as vehicle required new tires! Appreciated the installed quality tires, instead of pawning off cheap ones! Mick was without a doubt one of the best car salesman I've ever dealt with! He got me into a great vehicle that I loved. Unfortunately a week later I hit a deer totaling it out. Mick stuck with me the whole time, checking in on me, sending me new vehicles in my price range that they'd been getting in, and with a little patience and determination, we finally found the one for me! Not once, but TWICE he came through for me! LOVE my new car!!! I can't express my gratitude enough. I was a little hesitant to buy a vehicle anywhere out of state, but I couldn't find a vehicle in Montana that checked all of the boxes. When I received the call from Scott I instantly knew this would be a great transaction. Not only were the prices better than anywhere else I had been searching, but the selection of vehicles was also larger than other dealerships. Scott made the paperwork pain free, and he answered all of my questions. He then handed me off to Jesse in the finance department and he made that part of the transaction easy. These guys were very professional and damn good at what they do, I highly recommend Mosaic Chevrolet and more specifically these two gentlemen.

Came in for an oil change and the service station had some appointments and initially was going to be quite a wait, and one of the mechanics overheard and asked what I needed and said he’d take care of it and I was super happy because I wasn’t prepared to wait 90 mins for an oil change. Call for appt next time.

Jack Madsen was Friendly , knowledgeable. Nice to work with. New car manager, finance officer, service manager were all good people. I recommend mozaic Ram of Zumbrota as I would give them another opportunity to sell me a car in the future. PS, UPDATE: 03/27/2026. I HAVE BEEN. ATTEMPTING TO GET HELP FROM THE FINANCE DEPT.[AHMED DEEB] WROTE THIS PURCHASE. I ADVISED HIM THAT IN WISCONSIN, WE OWN OU R LICENSE PLATES. I TOLD HIM I CALLED Wi.DMV TO ASK HOW TO TRANSFER MY HANDICAP PLAYES FROM MY 2012 SILVERADO TO THE NEW 2026 LARAMIE. AHMED SAID HE DID NOT KNOW HOW TO DO THAT. I SAID, THEY ADVISED ME THAT YOU ADD IT TO THE LICENSE PLATE APPLICATION FORM MV1-1. SECTION B RIGHT AFTER VEHICLE SER. NUMBER. WELL. AHMED FAILED TO COMPLETE THE FORM CORRECTLY. HE EVIDENTLY ADDED THEIR TEMPORARY PLATE NUMBER IN ORDER TO GAIN THE $3.00 TEMPORARY PLATE FEE. THUS ALSO ADDING THE Wi. License plate fee #100.00, wheel tax fee $38.00 Total $176.00 overcharge. I have spent several hours and miles trying to correct this. Wi.DMV said dealership can complete form MV1020, MARK PLATE AND TAG DESTROYED AND GET ""MY"" REFUND. AFTER TALKIMG WITH MR. DEEB (TWICE IN FEB.)sent him the two forms marked where it plainly states to write in my handicap plate number he needed to complete for my refund, [UNANSWERED Email o3/25/2026], A COUPLE TIMES , HE TALKED TO WOMAN WHO COMPLETES FORMS, I (02/25/26 4:30 PM). TALKED TO SALES MANAGER AHMED ALI FOR HELP [AFTER I SPENT A FEW HOURS FIGURING OUT HOW TO COMPLETE THE REQUEST FOR THE DEALERSHIP TO GET THE $500.00 VET DISCOUNT MONEY (STILL CONFUSED HOW THAT WORKS) HE PASSED ME BACK TO MR. DEEB WHO DOESN'T RETURN E MAILS OR CALLS. SO, I GUESS I HAVE TO SAY, AT AGE 77 I LEARNED A LITTLE ABOUT COMPUTERING. The financial manager Jesé was very informative in walking me through the various financing and extended coverage options. We had a minor issue with some of the costs associated with the purchase but they quickly made the adjustments to my satisfaction.

They did a great job fixing my van. Made it really easy gave me a loaner vehicle so I didnt have to worry about not having transportation. They didnt even charge me for the loaner vehicle only had to fill it back up with fuel. Would recommend to anyone that gets in an accident.

I was helping my son look for a truck. I must have talked with at least 10 dealership over a 2day span. This place was by far the best place to deal with the 2 lady's I delt with were Nickki and granny. I can tell you Nikki went way above and beyond to help us get all the information we needed. Unfortunately we went a different direction on are vehicle purchases but I wish the truck my son fell in love with would have been on there lot.

Sales staff were very friendly. I was looking for a new truck online thought I saw something i liked so looked closer a salesman reached out to me and showed me a very nice truck in my price range. Here is where my purchase goes sideways. I was passed off to Jesse Jagunich a “Financial Advisor” to whom I made it clear I was interested in financing through GM. Once he had my information he used it to apply at some Banks the dealership did business with instead GM. So when he called and started the sales pitch for warranties yes not one but 3 the 36 month gm A 5 year 100,000 from Zurich for $6000. The third was the lifetime power train that Mosiac provides if you let them arrange the financing. He did not want to tell me the interest rate until he finished his sales pitch. He was trying get me to agree to pay 6.99% interest which was 2 full points higher than GM. I knew my credit rating was 870 When I voiced reluctance to pay extra he tried to convince me he was doing me a favor by arranging for me to pay $2400 more than I agreed for my vehicle. I pressed him for why the higher rate and he told me the company warranty is paid for through the additional interest that their banks charge. I hung up on him and called my credit union they wired the amount I had agreed to pay. Scot the salesmen I was working with did a very good job of completing this sale after my experience with the “Financial Advisor” The service dept also did a fine job for me as well. So Sales ***** Service ***** Finance 0* I strongly suggest you know what you are worth before sitting down with or talking over the phone with any “Financial Advisor” at this dealership

Usually buying a vehicle is stressful and just not a great experience but not with Granny! She was amazing and made our trip in worth it. Went in not knowing what kind of SUV I was wanting and Keagen Haugen was amazing in helping assist my husband and I and directed us in the direction on which SUV was going to be the most reliable and best option with expecting a baby! He was patient with us and really listened to what our needs/wants were. When talking about pricing options he was very thorough with the whole process and made sure he explained and went over all options we could do to benefit us! When asking about certain SUV’s he went out of his way to make sure he found everything and anything in our price range and style and was very open with us about the reliability of what he was showing us! Spencer was excellent. He answered all of our questions. Spencer even took care of my daughter who bought a car through him as well. When signing the paperwork the guy was super nice and funny. He made us feel comfortable buying a car from them. We bought our last car from Zumbrota ford and I was not happy when I left that place 5 hours after we got there. Great experience overall. Stanley was super helpful and made the whole experience feel relaxed, no pressure to buy. The sales staff helped to get a better price on my trade in which was pretty cool! Stanley offered us refreshments multiple times, felt very welcoming. Even when I had worry after signing and questions on the paperwork, they were open to questions and helped clarify!

Offered a fair price on my trade and the vehicle I bought was priced fairly also. like all dealers, tried to add on tons of extra warranty and protections when the paperwork was being done. One thing that hit me sideways was this device they add on to make the brakes flash. $400 add on, that they can't remove. Should be part of the purchase price, not listed as an "extra". Overall, good experience, Granny was great to work with.
