I recently purchased a vehicle from Mosaic Chevrolet in Zumbrota. It was a very good experience. My salesman Scott was very friendly and easy to work with. The financial manager Jesé was very informative in walking me through the various financing and extended coverage options. We had a minor issue with some of the costs associated with the purchase but they quickly made the adjustments to my satisfaction.

We recently purchased our new Jeep from Mosaic Chrysler Zumbrota and overall had a very positive experience. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and we’re both excited about our new vehicle. With the approaching snowstorm, we felt it was best to get on the road sooner than planned, so we didn’t have as much time as we would have liked to go through all of the vehicle’s features or ask every question we had. We know the team is there if we need support, and we may be back with questions as we continue learning everything our new Jeep has to offer. Buying a car usually means eventually sitting down in the finance office and preparing for the “serious paperwork part.” Luckily, Jesse made that part way more enjoyable than expected. He handled all the financing, explained everything clearly, and somehow made signing a stack of papers feel way less intimidating. Jesse was super friendly, patient, and answered all my questions without making it feel like I was back in math class trying to understand the money. The whole process was smooth, easy, and even had a few laughs along the way. If you end up buying a car here, definitely hope you get Jesse in the finance office. And if you need help finding him… just look for the guy with the dreadlocks. Five stars all the way!

Everything went well!! The sales rep Stanley was very personable and engaged in conversations with us and made us feel welcome. He answer all our questions and greeted me when I first pulled up, which was nice since we drove four hours on a Friday afternoon to purchase a truck for my son! Normally I prefer to be left alone till I ask for assistance. It was a welcomed change. Jesse was also a good associate to deal with in financing and helped make everything as easy to understand for my first time car buyer son who was making his first big auto purchase. He joked and engaged in small talk to help make the long process not seem so awful.

Mosaic Chevrolet in Zumbrota sold me my Hyundai Tucson 2024 on January 17th of 2026, this year. The entire process was incredibly fast and easy. I picked out my car online, and by the time I arrived to dealership the next day, they had it waiting in front for me and all I had to do was go inside, set up my insurance and sign some papers and I was ready to go! Isaac and Jesse helped me out with the entire process and made sure I was well taken care of. They were patient with me and worked well around my schedule to ensure I had the best experience. I couldn’t be any more grateful to have landed myself a great deal here and worked with two of the kindest and most patient people ever. If I ever need another car or find myself looking for something new again, this will be the first place I come back to.

I had a great experience buying my new truck from Mosaic Auto Group. I actually drove an hour and a half to get there because they had the best deal I could find, and it was absolutely worth the trip. Todd was fantastic to work with. He was professional, knowledgeable, and had a great sense of humor that made the whole experience relaxed and enjoyable. Buying a vehicle can sometimes feel stressful, but Todd made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish and took the time to answer all my questions without any pressure. One thing that really surprised me was the finance process. Usually dealing with the finance manager is the worst part of buying a vehicle, but this time it was quick, straightforward, and honestly one of the easiest finance experiences I’ve had. Overall, it was a great experience and I’m really happy with my new truck. If you’re looking for a good deal and an easy buying process, I’d definitely recommend asking for Todd at Mosaic Auto Group.

I used the Fast Lane for an oil change and tire air sensor problems. Corey was great to work with and kept me informed. My tires actually need replacing so instead of fixing the sensors, which are expensive, he checked with me first and we decided to skip it and just replace the tires. He suggested they have a tire sale coming up so I'll get by until then. He save me A LOT OF MONEY! I was very impressed and will be returning for new tires when the sale starts.

I was in for a routine oil change and the mechanic noted that the washer fluid compartment was cracked. He took the time to show me a video of the actual crack and fluid running out. They informed me they would order a replacement and call in a few days to schedule a visit to get it fixed. I appreciate the attention to detail and the time he took to show me what he was was likely a manufactured mistake. Thank you

Such a great experience working with Mosaic. Isaac in sales & Jesse in finance were seasoned pros who took care of me quickly and fairly. After finding the car I wanted on CarGurus and pinging mosaic for availability, Isaac was responsive to answer all my questions and schedule a test drive. He even had the car warming up near the entry for me upon arrival for said test drive. From there, Isaac handed it over to Jesse for financing paperwork, and he was transparent, efficient, and flexible to meet my budget. Overall, this was the experience I would hope to receive when making a large investment, and I will definitely be back in the future.

Offered a fair price on my trade and the vehicle I bought was priced fairly also. like all dealers, tried to add on tons of extra warranty and protections when the paperwork was being done. One thing that hit me sideways was this device they add on to make the brakes flash. $400 add on, that they can't remove. Should be part of the purchase price, not listed as an "extra". Overall, good experience, Granny was great to work with.

I have bought 7 vehicles from Mosiac 2 of them being challengers, 3 chargers, a Jeep Cherokee and a Dodge Durango. Michael made my latest purchase quick and easy. I had searched many dodge locations in search of my latest charger and they spent the extra time to make sure I was given several options to make sure I got the best deal and was truly happy. I know for sure as long as Micheal and Todd are working for Mosiac I will not go anywhere else. Look forward to seeing you in 3 years for my next lease. I am a very satisfied customer. Appreciated him investigating answers to questions we had to provide honest answers! (Instead of “blowing smoke” to complete a sale) Service department was pleasant and timely, as vehicle required new tires! Appreciated the installed quality tires, instead of pawning off cheap ones! Mick was without a doubt one of the best car salesman I've ever dealt with! He got me into a great vehicle that I loved. Unfortunately a week later I hit a deer totaling it out. Mick stuck with me the whole time, checking in on me, sending me new vehicles in my price range that they'd been getting in, and with a little patience and determination, we finally found the one for me! Not once, but TWICE he came through for me! LOVE my new car!!! I can't express my gratitude enough. I was a little hesitant to buy a vehicle anywhere out of state, but I couldn't find a vehicle in Montana that checked all of the boxes. When I received the call from Scott I instantly knew this would be a great transaction. Not only were the prices better than anywhere else I had been searching, but the selection of vehicles was also larger than other dealerships. Scott made the paperwork pain free, and he answered all of my questions. He then handed me off to Jesse in the finance department and he made that part of the transaction easy. These guys were very professional and damn good at what they do, I highly recommend Mosaic Chevrolet and more specifically these two gentlemen.

Came in for an oil change and the service station had some appointments and initially was going to be quite a wait, and one of the mechanics overheard and asked what I needed and said he’d take care of it and I was super happy because I wasn’t prepared to wait 90 mins for an oil change. Call for appt next time.

Jack Madsen was Friendly , knowledgeable. Nice to work with. New car manager, finance officer, service manager were all good people. I recommend mozaic Ram of Zumbrota as I would give them another opportunity to sell me a car in the future. PS, UPDATE: 03/27/2026. I HAVE BEEN. ATTEMPTING TO GET HELP FROM THE FINANCE DEPT.[AHMED DEEB] WROTE THIS PURCHASE. I ADVISED HIM THAT IN WISCONSIN, WE OWN OU R LICENSE PLATES. I TOLD HIM I CALLED Wi.DMV TO ASK HOW TO TRANSFER MY HANDICAP PLAYES FROM MY 2012 SILVERADO TO THE NEW 2026 LARAMIE. AHMED SAID HE DID NOT KNOW HOW TO DO THAT. I SAID, THEY ADVISED ME THAT YOU ADD IT TO THE LICENSE PLATE APPLICATION FORM MV1-1. SECTION B RIGHT AFTER VEHICLE SER. NUMBER. WELL. AHMED FAILED TO COMPLETE THE FORM CORRECTLY. HE EVIDENTLY ADDED THEIR TEMPORARY PLATE NUMBER IN ORDER TO GAIN THE $3.00 TEMPORARY PLATE FEE. THUS ALSO ADDING THE Wi. License plate fee #100.00, wheel tax fee $38.00 Total $176.00 overcharge. I have spent several hours and miles trying to correct this. Wi.DMV said dealership can complete form MV1020, MARK PLATE AND TAG DESTROYED AND GET ""MY"" REFUND. AFTER TALKIMG WITH MR. DEEB (TWICE IN FEB.)sent him the two forms marked where it plainly states to write in my handicap plate number he needed to complete for my refund, [UNANSWERED Email o3/25/2026], A COUPLE TIMES , HE TALKED TO WOMAN WHO COMPLETES FORMS, I (02/25/26 4:30 PM). TALKED TO SALES MANAGER AHMED ALI FOR HELP [AFTER I SPENT A FEW HOURS FIGURING OUT HOW TO COMPLETE THE REQUEST FOR THE DEALERSHIP TO GET THE $500.00 VET DISCOUNT MONEY (STILL CONFUSED HOW THAT WORKS) HE PASSED ME BACK TO MR. DEEB WHO DOESN'T RETURN E MAILS OR CALLS. SO, I GUESS I HAVE TO SAY, AT AGE 77 I LEARNED A LITTLE ABOUT COMPUTERING.
