They did a great job fixing my van. Made it really easy gave me a loaner vehicle so I didnt have to worry about not having transportation. They didnt even charge me for the loaner vehicle only had to fill it back up with fuel. Would recommend to anyone that gets in an accident.

I was helping my son look for a truck. I must have talked with at least 10 dealership over a 2day span. This place was by far the best place to deal with the 2 lady's I delt with were Nickki and granny. I can tell you Nikki went way above and beyond to help us get all the information we needed. Unfortunately we went a different direction on are vehicle purchases but I wish the truck my son fell in love with would have been on there lot.

Sales staff were very friendly. I was looking for a new truck online thought I saw something i liked so looked closer a salesman reached out to me and showed me a very nice truck in my price range. Here is where my purchase goes sideways. I was passed off to Jesse Jagunich a “Financial Advisor” to whom I made it clear I was interested in financing through GM. Once he had my information he used it to apply at some Banks the dealership did business with instead GM. So when he called and started the sales pitch for warranties yes not one but 3 the 36 month gm A 5 year 100,000 from Zurich for $6000. The third was the lifetime power train that Mosiac provides if you let them arrange the financing. He did not want to tell me the interest rate until he finished his sales pitch. He was trying get me to agree to pay 6.99% interest which was 2 full points higher than GM. I knew my credit rating was 870 When I voiced reluctance to pay extra he tried to convince me he was doing me a favor by arranging for me to pay $2400 more than I agreed for my vehicle. I pressed him for why the higher rate and he told me the company warranty is paid for through the additional interest that their banks charge. I hung up on him and called my credit union they wired the amount I had agreed to pay. Scot the salesmen I was working with did a very good job of completing this sale after my experience with the “Financial Advisor” The service dept also did a fine job for me as well. So Sales ***** Service ***** Finance 0* I strongly suggest you know what you are worth before sitting down with or talking over the phone with any “Financial Advisor” at this dealership

Usually buying a vehicle is stressful and just not a great experience but not with Granny! She was amazing and made our trip in worth it. Went in not knowing what kind of SUV I was wanting and Keagen Haugen was amazing in helping assist my husband and I and directed us in the direction on which SUV was going to be the most reliable and best option with expecting a baby! He was patient with us and really listened to what our needs/wants were. When talking about pricing options he was very thorough with the whole process and made sure he explained and went over all options we could do to benefit us! When asking about certain SUV’s he went out of his way to make sure he found everything and anything in our price range and style and was very open with us about the reliability of what he was showing us! If you’re thinking of upgrading or wanting to look at options for a new vehicle mosaic is a great place to go and I highly recommend asking for Keagen Haugen at the Mosaic Chevy location he is great at his job and will for sure make sure you get exactly what you’re looking for!

Spencer was excellent. He answered all of our questions. Spencer even took care of my daughter who bought a car through him as well. When signing the paperwork the guy was super nice and funny. He made us feel comfortable buying a car from them. We bought our last car from Zumbrota ford and I was not happy when I left that place 5 hours after we got there. Great experience overall. Stanley was super helpful and made the whole experience feel relaxed, no pressure to buy. The sales staff helped to get a better price on my trade in which was pretty cool! Stanley offered us refreshments multiple times, felt very welcoming. Even when I had worry after signing and questions on the paperwork, they were open to questions and helped clarify!

Offered a fair price on my trade and the vehicle I bought was priced fairly also. like all dealers, tried to add on tons of extra warranty and protections when the paperwork was being done. One thing that hit me sideways was this device they add on to make the brakes flash. $400 add on, that they can't remove. Should be part of the purchase price, not listed as an "extra". Overall, good experience, Granny was great to work with.

Buying a car usually means eventually sitting down in the finance office and preparing for the “serious paperwork part.” Luckily, Jesse made that part way more enjoyable than expected. He handled all the financing, explained everything clearly, and somehow made signing a stack of papers feel way less intimidating. Jesse was super friendly, patient, and answered all my questions without making it feel like I was back in math class trying to understand the money. The whole process was smooth, easy, and even had a few laughs along the way. If you end up buying a car here, definitely hope you get Jesse in the finance office. And if you need help finding him… just look for the guy with the dreadlocks. Five stars all the way!

Everything went well!! The sales rep Stanley was very personable and engaged in conversations with us and made us feel welcome. He answer all our questions and greeted me when I first pulled up, which was nice since we drove four hours on a Friday afternoon to purchase a truck for my son! Normally I prefer to be left alone till I ask for assistance. It was a welcomed change. Jesse was also a good associate to deal with in financing and helped make everything as easy to understand for my first time car buyer son who was making his first big auto purchase. He joked and engaged in small talk to help make the long process not seem so awful.

Mosaic Chevrolet in Zumbrota sold me my Hyundai Tucson 2024 on January 17th of 2026, this year. The entire process was incredibly fast and easy. I picked out my car online, and by the time I arrived to dealership the next day, they had it waiting in front for me and all I had to do was go inside, set up my insurance and sign some papers and I was ready to go! Isaac and Jesse helped me out with the entire process and made sure I was well taken care of. They were patient with me and worked well around my schedule to ensure I had the best experience. I couldn’t be any more grateful to have landed myself a great deal here and worked with two of the kindest and most patient people ever. If I ever need another car or find myself looking for something new again, this will be the first place I come back to.

Buying a vehicle can sometimes feel stressful, but Todd made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish and took the time to answer all my questions without any pressure. One thing that really surprised me was the finance process. Usually dealing with the finance manager is the worst part of buying a vehicle, but this time it was quick, straightforward, and honestly one of the easiest finance experiences I’ve had. Recently moved to the Zumbrota MN area and needed a routine oil change on my Buick. Thought I would stop in Mosaic Chrysler in Zumbrota to make an appointment. Friendly greeting by staff. Helpful in getting me all set up in the service department. Mike in service set my car up for the next day and I am very pleased with Mosaic Chrysler! I used the Fast Lane for an oil change and tire air sensor problems. Corey was great to work with and kept me informed. My tires actually need replacing so instead of fixing the sensors, which are expensive, he checked with me first and we decided to skip it and just replace the tires. He suggested they have a tire sale coming up so I'll get by until then. He save me A LOT OF MONEY! I was very impressed and will be returning for new tires when the sale starts.

I was in for a routine oil change and the mechanic noted that the washer fluid compartment was cracked. He took the time to show me a video of the actual crack and fluid running out. They informed me they would order a replacement and call in a few days to schedule a visit to get it fixed. I appreciate the attention to detail and the time he took to show me what he was was likely a manufactured mistake. Thank you

Such a great experience working with Mosaic. Isaac in sales & Jesse in finance were seasoned pros who took care of me quickly and fairly. After finding the car I wanted on CarGurus and pinging mosaic for availability, Isaac was responsive to answer all my questions and schedule a test drive. He even had the car warming up near the entry for me upon arrival for said test drive. From there, Isaac handed it over to Jesse for financing paperwork, and he was transparent, efficient, and flexible to meet my budget. Overall, this was the experience I would hope to receive when making a large investment, and I will definitely be back in the future.
