Offered a fair price on my trade and the vehicle I bought was priced fairly also. like all dealers, tried to add on tons of extra warranty and protections when the paperwork was being done. One thing that hit me sideways was this device they add on to make the brakes flash. $400 add on, that they can't remove. Should be part of the purchase price, not listed as an "extra". Overall, good experience, Granny was great to work with.

I have bought 7 vehicles from Mosiac 2 of them being challengers, 3 chargers, a Jeep Cherokee and a Dodge Durango. Michael made my latest purchase quick and easy. I had searched many dodge locations in search of my latest charger and they spent the extra time to make sure I was given several options to make sure I got the best deal and was truly happy. I know for sure as long as Micheal and Todd are working for Mosiac I will not go anywhere else. Look forward to seeing you in 3 years for my next lease. I am a very satisfied customer. Also I didn't feel pressure during any part of the deal and was in and out in 3 hours. Mosiac Dodge in zumbrota clearly has the small town feel and great customer service

So far, so good. Purchased a used vehicle a few weeks ago from Mosiac Chevy. Stanley H. was a professional young man who was very helpful! Appreciated him investigating answers to questions we had to provide honest answers! (Instead of “blowing smoke” to complete a sale) Service department was pleasant and timely, as vehicle required new tires! Appreciated the installed quality tires, instead of pawning off cheap ones! Mick was without a doubt one of the best car salesman I've ever dealt with! He got me into a great vehicle that I loved. Unfortunately a week later I hit a deer totaling it out. Mick stuck with me the whole time, checking in on me, sending me new vehicles in my price range that they'd been getting in, and with a little patience and determination, we finally found the one for me! Not once, but TWICE he came through for me! LOVE my new car!!! I can't express my gratitude enough. I was a little hesitant to buy a vehicle anywhere out of state, but I couldn't find a vehicle in Montana that checked all of the boxes. When I received the call from Scott I instantly knew this would be a great transaction. Not only were the prices better than anywhere else I had been searching, but the selection of vehicles was also larger than other dealerships. Scott made the paperwork pain free, and he answered all of my questions. He then handed me off to Jesse in the finance department and he made that part of the transaction easy. These guys were very professional and damn good at what they do, I highly recommend Mosaic Chevrolet and more specifically these two gentlemen.

Came in for an oil change and the service station had some appointments and initially was going to be quite a wait, and one of the mechanics overheard and asked what I needed and said he’d take care of it and I was super happy because I wasn’t prepared to wait 90 mins for an oil change. Call for appt next time.

Jack Madsen was Friendly , knowledgeable. Nice to work with. New car manager, finance officer, service manager were all good people. I recommend mozaic Ram of Zumbrota as I would give them another opportunity to sell me a car in the future. PS, UPDATE: 03/27/2026. I HAVE BEEN. ATTEMPTING TO GET HELP FROM THE FINANCE DEPT.[AHMED DEEB] WROTE THIS PURCHASE. I ADVISED HIM THAT IN WISCONSIN, WE OWN OU R LICENSE PLATES. I TOLD HIM I CALLED Wi.DMV TO ASK HOW TO TRANSFER MY HANDICAP PLAYES FROM MY 2012 SILVERADO TO THE NEW 2026 LARAMIE. AHMED SAID HE DID NOT KNOW HOW TO DO THAT. I SAID, THEY ADVISED ME THAT YOU ADD IT TO THE LICENSE PLATE APPLICATION FORM MV1-1. SECTION B RIGHT AFTER VEHICLE SER. NUMBER. WELL. AHMED FAILED TO COMPLETE THE FORM CORRECTLY. HE EVIDENTLY ADDED THEIR TEMPORARY PLATE NUMBER IN ORDER TO GAIN THE $3.00 TEMPORARY PLATE FEE. THUS ALSO ADDING THE Wi. License plate fee #100.00, wheel tax fee $38.00 Total $176.00 overcharge. I have spent several hours and miles trying to correct this. Wi.DMV said dealership can complete form MV1020, MARK PLATE AND TAG DESTROYED AND GET ""MY"" REFUND. AFTER TALKIMG WITH MR. DEEB (TWICE IN FEB.)sent him the two forms marked where it plainly states to write in my handicap plate number he needed to complete for my refund, [UNANSWERED Email o3/25/2026], A COUPLE TIMES , HE TALKED TO WOMAN WHO COMPLETES FORMS, I (02/25/26 4:30 PM). TALKED TO SALES MANAGER AHMED ALI FOR HELP [AFTER I SPENT A FEW HOURS FIGURING OUT HOW TO COMPLETE THE REQUEST FOR THE DEALERSHIP TO GET THE $500.00 VET DISCOUNT MONEY (STILL CONFUSED HOW THAT WORKS) HE PASSED ME BACK TO MR. DEEB WHO DOESN'T RETURN E MAILS OR CALLS. SO, I GUESS I HAVE TO SAY, AT AGE 77 I LEARNED A LITTLE ABOUT COMPUTERING. I reached out via email and received a very quick response. When we arrived at around 5:45pm mind you they close at 7pm,we were greeted quickly. Todd was our salesman and he was very plesent to work with. We test drove the vehicle of interest while they test drove our trade. We did have a previous offer from another dealership so we had a number we wanted to hit, Initially their offer was low but they brought it up to our initial offer and we were satisfied. With all numbers coming together we started the paper work but by this time banks were closed, we signed a few papers and were on our way with a new vehicle. Financing did finally come in the next day and all options were clearly stated and we hit the mark. During the test drive one head light was out and service was closed, Todd said he would make it right with us if we wanted to take the vehicle home being that we did drive almost two hours to see the vehicle. Also the price of the vehicle was about 3K cheaper than what we were looking at previously but had more value. Also Todd and Zia both stayed until 8:20pm to make this happen. I would recommend Mosaic to anyone for great customer care and for a valued vehicle.

Hands down, the BEST experience ever! Not only did Karim drive 20 minutes one way to pick me up from my home as I had no transportation, but he and Jesse got me into a beautiful vehicle that checked all my needs. I purchased my used truck from them about 5 months ago. It was summer. Lol. Then winter arrived and to my horror my heater did not work. I had not needed it prior. I called and told them my issue. The said bring it in and they took care of it right away. A complete flush. And vest if all no charge. I alo got it serviced and the cost was very reasonable. Thankyou Mosaic. Great customer service

Dominiqe and Jesse A were phenomenal. I went in to trade in my first ever vehicle that was truly mine. I was nervous and a little bittersweet about it. Dominiqe had been along the way keeping us up to date on any information and answering any questions before we even got to the dealership. Dominiqe was a lot of fun, easy going, informative, and overall great to work with. He was with us from the first inquiry all the way until we pulled out of the lot even with the snow! For financing we spoke with Jesse A who spoke to us about the entire process without any of the technical jargon that is normally used to confuse. He was quick but thorough and also very easy going and fun to work with. My husband, who has a perfectly working car, was very tempted to buy a vehicle himself! Wonderful couple of guys!

Saw a posting on cargurus Saturday, made an inquiry to see the car on Monday. They made it super easy and quick with the buying process. They didn't try and up sell anything to me or low ball me on my trade in. The only hiccup was my credit, but they were able to get me on the road with my new car!! From the time we arrived at the (very nice) dealership complex, and were met & greeted by Dominique out on the lot - we felt we were at the right place. Dominique was so very personable and friendly while he answered our questions and hustled around helping us with test drives. His casual friendly demeanor was inviting and easy to work with. He was supportive without any sense of being pushy - he just wanted us to be happy, regardless of whether we bought a vehicle that day or not. In the end as we narrowed our choice to a particular truck, he worked with us to get just what we were looking for. He was terrific - couldn’t have been better. The experience didn’t end there though. Zia got us through all the paperwork with class and efficiency - again with such a friendly and open & honest nature. He answered some questions we had and turned what is typically the least-favorite part of a purchase into a very pleasant experience which we left knowing we’d made the right choice. We left the truck there for detailing etc. and when we came to pick it up, we had one more enjoyable experience in store for us with the Mosaic staff. As we waited around for a short while, we marveled up close at the gorgeous trio of new Corvettes on the showroom floor. Before long, the team noticed us (obviously being lookie-Lou’s - not buyers) - and said they were gonna fire one of them up just so we could hear it purr/roar. What exhilarating sounds! And surprising LACK of exhaust fumes too - very efficient supercar apparently! Pretty exciting, and they clearly didn’t need to provide that for us - especially at that point right? We had a great experience with Mosaic, and we’re loving our truck. We’d recommend considering and making a drive to Mosaic in Zumbrota to anyone. If it’s anything like our experience - it’s worth the drive and you’ll be glad you did.

Traded my 2023 Chrysler Pacifica LTD today for a 2024 used GMC Denali Acadia and had an excellent experience. We saw the Acadia online last night and drove from Clear Lake, IA, 1 hour and 45 minutes to the dealership.
