A big shout out to Owyn for being a great salesman!! Great personality and customer service! He took the time to find me the perfect truck in my price range. I told him what I was looking for and he definitely made it happen. After looking at 5-6 trucks, my fiancée and I found one that fit best for us. Owyn and his Dad made us feel very welcomed! Hi. This is actually Keith and Lisa Cramer from Pine Island. We hit a deer about 2 weeks ago. Mike from Mosaic called us immediately after we left a message, and he arranged a quick consultation on what the damage was, took pictures, ordered the parts and our car insurance considers Mosaic an excellent body shop. Waited 1-1/2 weeks for the parts, Mike gave us an accurate estimate on how long it would take, and actually it was done earlier. Very reasonable and Mike has been more than professional each and every time we've dealt with him and Mosaic. Our daughter hit a car earlier with her car and we had the same excellent experience with Mike and Mosaic too. We would definitely recommend Mosaic.

Everything was excellent! My salesperson Karim was knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful, even though he was suppose to be off. The dealership and car I was purchasing was top notch. There was one small key issue that was handled promptly by Karim and his parts manager. The Salesmanager and Finance person were also very pleasant and made the buying experience stress free and fun. Even the salespeople not involved with my sale were helpful and pleasant. As a former Salesmanager myself I would definitely recommend purchasing a vehicle from Mosaic Chevrolet!

Todd was amazing! We got to go home the same day with our truck and he made it so easy and quick for us! For sure our new go to place to get a vehicle moving forward and they were all so incredibly friendly especially compared to other places. They didn’t push us into any vehicle, allowed us to look at multiple and had no attitude towards us changing our minds a couple times. Once we found the ideal truck, the entire staff demonstrated patience throughout the process. They ensured we felt comfortable and informed, which was truly appreciated. It was evident that they genuinely cared about our satisfaction and ensured we understood every detail. This was particularly important to me, as it meant there were no unexpected surprises. The finance manager was exceptionally kind, understanding, and patient. He never made us feel uneasy when discussing financial matters. He thoroughly explained everything and ensured we fully understood the documents we were signing. Again, there were no surprises. Overall, Mosaic clearly values its customers, and their staff is incredibly friendly. A notable advantage is their provision of full-size bottles for beverages, rather than cans.

My truck was due for an oil change and I didn’t have an appointment. However when I drove up to the service center I asked if they had time for an oil change and a tire rotation. Jon said it would be about an hour or so before I could get it done. I said know problem. After a while Jon stopped out and showed me my two filters. I knew it was getting close to having them replaced. So I said go ahead and take care of that for me and at the same time I ask Jon to replace my wiper blades because they were getting bad. To many bugs scraped off this summer. Lol. After a bit Jon stopped back out and said I was all done. As always very happy with the service here at Mosaic CDJR.

I found the exact vehicle I was looking for at Mosaic chevrolet. I went and looked at it and it was everything that was represented on the website. After running the numbers, i realized it was going to be out of my budget. Scott in sales and Sean the sales manager briefly conferred and made it fit my budget.( when I say made it fit my budget it was by dropping the price of the car) I couldn't be happier with the service and the entire process of buying this vehicle! If there was a way to give them more than five stars I would! It seems that this dealership is into selling cars not hanging on to every last dime

Well, I purchased a used vehicle from Mosaic Chrysler Zumbrota just recently. I guess I didn’t know what to expect. I’ve purchased several vehicles throughout the years and have had many experiences with different dealerships. My sales rep Jack was really easy to work with and not pushy at all. The finance team was great as well. Once we finalized the deal, I was about to pull out and drive 2 hours back home and Jack stopped me to fill up the gas tank on the way out! Thanks Jack and thanks Mosaic Chrysler Zumbrota team! They changed all the fluids on the truck already. It came equipped with new tires, new brakes and with 120,000 miles on it, It drives like a brand new truck. Two thumbs up!

This review may be long, but I want to give a complete picture of my experience because it is well deserved. I bought a used Yukon XL in April. I’ve always loathed the car-buying process and I even used a service to handle the negotiations so I could simply come in and sign. My salesman, Isaac, was absolutely top notch. He had great communication, was attentive, and helpful even after the sale. The finance team was also good. There was, however, a mistake in my warranty terms: the gentleman in finance entered the deductible wrong, and I didn’t catch it at signing. More on that later. Another financing hiccup happened as well. The credit score the dealership pulled was lower than what I had from the bureau, resulting in a higher rate than my pre-approval. Since the purchase price was slightly over my pre-approved amount, reapplying wasn’t an easy option. I called the bureau from the dealership and, after 30 minutes on hold, they confirmed my score was correct and that the issue was with the dealership’s reporting software. Unfortunately, the dealership could only work with what their system showed, so the only option was to refinance later. I left that day with my “new-to-me” car, but not feeling entirely great about it. The short test drive went fine, but after the 54-mile drive home, a “service suspension system” warning popped up. I sent Isaac a photo immediately, and he suggested driving it a bit to see if it cleared. It didn’t, though I could manually reset it. Then the rear passenger door sensor malfunctioned, causing the interior lights and running boards to act up. A few other issues cropped up as well. Wanting convenience for my family’s busy schedule, I brought it to the dealership closest to me. My warranty covered everything except normal wear items, and I’d been told any covered service would be a flat $100 deductible. So I was shocked when the local service department quoted $350 for the door frame (because the warranty “didn’t pay enough”) and $3,300 for shocks and struts. I called the warranty company, only to find my deductible was actually $250—not the $100 I’d discussed and agreed to in finance. I wasn’t happy, but I also recognized I’d missed the error at signing. When I contacted Isaac initially before finding out about the deductible error, he assured me his dealership would honor the $100 deductible if I brought the vehicle to them. When I was given the large quote I reached out again with a more detailed account as well as a request for remedy. They arranged for a driver to pick up my vehicle and leave me with a loaner; my first pleasant surprise. While the contract itself couldn’t be rewritten, they were committed to honoring the agreement we’d made. They picked up my vehicle on a Tuesday, and I sent a full list of issues. I was nervous—repairs this soon after purchase weren’t something I’d budgeted for. I didn’t hear back until Thursday of the following week, when they told me my Yukon was done and being returned. Panicked about a surprise bill, I called Isaac. He told me they had addressed everything on my list, replaced a front strut due to a faulty sensor, changed the spark plugs, and did an oil change. The total bill? Just $100 for the deductible and the cost of the oil change - about $350 total for roughly $5,000 worth of work. I hadn’t left a review earlier because I wasn’t sure how I felt about my purchase, but this has completely changed my perspective. Isaac and the team went above and beyond, showing true customer service and commitment to standing behind their vehicles. I’m deeply grateful, and I wholeheartedly recommend this dealership—ask for Isaac. The “superman” owners are phenomenal too. Not all hero’s wear capes.

My husband and I bought a 2015 Chevy Tahoe from Mosaic! We lead very busy lives with him working nights and me being a stay at home mom of two! We were on our way to a mini family vacation to the Mall of America when, just outside of Zumbrota during a heavy downpour, the driver’s side windshield wiper suddenly snapped. We pulled into the Zumbrota Kwik Star and were fortunate to find the Mosaic Chevrolet dealership nearby. Huge shoutout to Anthony Archer and the entire service team at Mosaic. They quickly diagnosed the issue and had us back on the road within an hour—thankfully, they had the necessary transmission part in stock. Their customer service was top-notch: prompt, professional, and informative throughout the process. Mosaic truly came through for us in a pinch. We were about 4.5 hours from home with one very excited 4-year-old in the backseat. Their help was a blessing, and we’re incredibly grateful!

Offered a fair price on my trade and the vehicle I bought was priced fairly also. like all dealers, tried to add on tons of extra warranty and protections when the paperwork was being done. One thing that hit me sideways was this device they add on to make the brakes flash. $400 add on, that they can't remove. Should be part of the purchase price, not listed as an "extra". Overall, good experience, Granny was great to work with.

I have bought 7 vehicles from Mosiac 2 of them being challengers, 3 chargers, a Jeep Cherokee and a Dodge Durango. Michael made my latest purchase quick and easy. I had searched many dodge locations in search of my latest charger and they spent the extra time to make sure I was given several options to make sure I got the best deal and was truly happy. Mick was without a doubt one of the best car salesman I've ever dealt with! He got me into a great vehicle that I loved. Unfortunately a week later I hit a deer totaling it out. Mick stuck with me the whole time, checking in on me, sending me new vehicles in my price range that they'd been getting in, and with a little patience and determination, we finally found the one for me! I was a little hesitant to buy a vehicle anywhere out of state, but I couldn't find a vehicle in Montana that checked all of the boxes. When I received the call from Scott I instantly knew this would be a great transaction. Not only were the prices better than anywhere else I had been searching, but the selection of vehicles was also larger than other dealerships. Scott made the paperwork pain free, and he answered all of my questions. He then handed me off to Jesse in the finance department and he made that part of the transaction easy. These guys were very professional and damn good at what they do, I highly recommend Mosaic Chevrolet and more specifically these two gentlemen.

Came in for an oil change and the service station had some appointments and initially was going to be quite a wait, and one of the mechanics overheard and asked what I needed and said he’d take care of it and I was super happy because I wasn’t prepared to wait 90 mins for an oil change. ATTEMPTING TO GET HELP FROM THE FINANCE DEPT.[AHMED DEEB] WROTE THIS PURCHASE. I ADVISED HIM THAT IN WISCONSIN, WE OWN OU R LICENSE PLATES. I TOLD HIM I CALLED Wi.DMV TO ASK HOW TO TRANSFER MY HANDICAP PLAYES FROM MY 2012 SILVERADO TO THE NEW 2026 LARAMIE. AHMED SAID HE DID NOT KNOW HOW TO DO THAT. I SAID, THEY ADVISED ME THAT YOU ADD IT TO THE LICENSE PLATE APPLICATION FORM MV1-1. SECTION B RIGHT AFTER VEHICLE SER. NUMBER. WELL. AHMED FAILED TO COMPLETE THE FORM CORRECTLY. HE EVIDENTLY ADDED THEIR TEMPORARY PLATE NUMBER IN ORDER TO GAIN THE $3.00 TEMPORARY PLATE FEE. THUS ALSO ADDING THE Wi. License plate fee #100.00, wheel tax fee $38.00 Total $176.00 overcharge. I have spent several hours and miles trying to correct this. Wi.DMV said dealership can complete form MV1020, MARK PLATE AND TAG DESTROYED AND GET ""MY"" REFUND. AFTER TALKIMG WITH MR. DEEB (TWICE IN FEB.)sent him the two forms marked where it plainly states to write in my handicap plate number he needed to complete for my refund, [UNANSWERED Email o3/25/2026], A COUPLE TIMES , HE TALKED TO WOMAN WHO COMPLETES FORMS, I (02/25/26 4:30 PM). TALKED TO SALES MANAGER AHMED ALI FOR HELP [AFTER I SPENT A FEW HOURS FIGURING OUT HOW TO COMPLETE THE REQUEST FOR THE DEALERSHIP TO GET THE $500.00 VET DISCOUNT MONEY (STILL CONFUSED HOW THAT WORKS) HE PASSED ME BACK TO MR.
