We had a great experience buying a vehicle at Mosaic Chrysler. #Granny was professional, prepared and straightforward throughout the process. After negotiating the purchase, #Granny made sure the paperwork kept moving, opened the overhead door so we could drive the vehicle out and thanked us again for doing business with Mosaic.

I reached out via email and received a very quick response. When we arrived at around 5:45pm mind you they close at 7pm,we were greeted quickly. Todd was our salesman and he was very plesent to work with. We test drove the vehicle of interest while they test drove our trade. We did have a previous offer from another dealership so we had a number we wanted to hit, Initially their offer was low but they brought it up to our initial offer and we were satisfied. With all numbers coming together we started the paper work but by this time banks were closed, we signed a few papers and were on our way with a new vehicle. Financing did finally come in the next day and all options were clearly stated and we hit the mark. During the test drive one head light was out and service was closed, Todd said he would make it right with us if we wanted to take the vehicle home being that we did drive almost two hours to see the vehicle. Also the price of the vehicle was about 3K cheaper than what we were looking at previously but had more value. Also Todd and Zia both stayed until 8:20pm to make this happen. I would recommend Mosaic to anyone for great customer care and for a valued vehicle.

We leased a new pickup and Issac was great to work with! Very knowledgeable about different options and changes to body style over the years. Jesse was who we worked with for financing and he was a delight as well! We did not meet Shawn the manager but you know you have a good manager when you have a top notch team.

I purchased my used truck from them about 5 months ago. It was summer. Lol. Then winter arrived and to my horror my heater did not work. I had not needed it prior. I called and told them my issue. The said bring it in and they took care of it right away. A complete flush. And vest if all no charge. I alo got it serviced and the cost was very reasonable. Thankyou Mosaic. Great customer service

Hands down, the BEST experience ever! Not only did Karim drive 20 minutes one way to pick me up from my home as I had no transportation, but he and Jesse got me into a beautiful vehicle that checked all my needs. Dominiqe got me a solid deal on a 2500 zr2. I love the truck and couldn't be happier than i am with the experience of dealing with these guys. I live 5 hours away from this dealership and chose them because they were upfront about everything. No beating around the bush. Straightforward fair pricing. Dominiqe and Jesse A were phenomenal. I went in to trade in my first ever vehicle that was truly mine. I was nervous and a little bittersweet about it. Dominiqe had been along the way keeping us up to date on any information and answering any questions before we even got to the dealership. Dominiqe was a lot of fun, easy going, informative, and overall great to work with. He was with us from the first inquiry all the way until we pulled out of the lot even with the snow! For financing we spoke with Jesse A who spoke to us about the entire process without any of the technical jargon that is normally used to confuse. He was quick but thorough and also very easy going and fun to work with. My husband, who has a perfectly working car, was very tempted to buy a vehicle himself! Wonderful couple of guys!

My experience was a very pleasant one. Isaac in sales was very helpful and knowledgeable throughout the buying process. Jessie J. in financing exceeded my expectations and found a great loan that bested my own lender. Overall I felt comfortable purchasing the vehicle without any pressure. Saw a posting on cargurus Saturday, made an inquiry to see the car on Monday. They made it super easy and quick with the buying process. They didn't try and up sell anything to me or low ball me on my trade in. The only hiccup was my credit, but they were able to get me on the road with my new car!! From the time we arrived at the (very nice) dealership complex, and were met & greeted by Dominique out on the lot - we felt we were at the right place. Dominique was so very personable and friendly while he answered our questions and hustled around helping us with test drives. His casual friendly demeanor was inviting and easy to work with. He was supportive without any sense of being pushy - he just wanted us to be happy, regardless of whether we bought a vehicle that day or not. In the end as we narrowed our choice to a particular truck, he worked with us to get just what we were looking for. He was terrific - couldn’t have been better. The experience didn’t end there though. Zia got us through all the paperwork with class and efficiency - again with such a friendly and open & honest nature. He answered some questions we had and turned what is typically the least-favorite part of a purchase into a very pleasant experience which we left knowing we’d made the right choice. We left the truck there for detailing etc. and when we came to pick it up, we had one more enjoyable experience in store for us with the Mosaic staff. As we waited around for a short while, we marveled up close at the gorgeous trio of new Corvettes on the showroom floor. Before long, the team noticed us (obviously being lookie-Lou’s - not buyers) - and said they were gonna fire one of them up just so we could hear it purr/roar. What exhilarating sounds! And surprising LACK of exhaust fumes too - very efficient supercar apparently! Pretty exciting, and they clearly didn’t need to provide that for us - especially at that point right? We had a great experience with Mosaic, and we’re loving our truck. We’d recommend considering and making a drive to Mosaic in Zumbrota to anyone. If it’s anything like our experience - it’s worth the drive and you’ll be glad you did.

Traded my 2023 Chrysler Pacifica LTD today for a 2024 used GMC Denali Acadia and had an excellent experience. We saw the Acadia online last night and drove from Clear Lake, IA, 1 hour and 45 minutes to the dealership. Hi. This is actually Keith and Lisa Cramer from Pine Island. We hit a deer about 2 weeks ago. Mike from Mosaic called us immediately after we left a message, and he arranged a quick consultation on what the damage was, took pictures, ordered the parts and our car insurance considers Mosaic an excellent body shop. Waited 1-1/2 weeks for the parts, Mike gave us an accurate estimate on how long it would take, and actually it was done earlier. Very reasonable and Mike has been more than professional each and every time we've dealt with him and Mosaic. Our daughter hit a car earlier with her car and we had the same excellent experience with Mike and Mosaic too. We would definitely recommend Mosaic.

They did a great job fixing my van. Made it really easy gave me a loaner vehicle so I didnt have to worry about not having transportation. They didnt even charge me for the loaner vehicle only had to fill it back up with fuel. Would recommend to anyone that gets in an accident.

I was helping my son look for a truck. I must have talked with at least 10 dealership over a 2day span. This place was by far the best place to deal with the 2 lady's I delt with were Nickki and granny. I can tell you Nikki went way above and beyond to help us get all the information we needed. Unfortunately we went a different direction on are vehicle purchases but I wish the truck my son fell in love with would have been on there lot.

Sales staff were very friendly. I was looking for a new truck online thought I saw something i liked so looked closer a salesman reached out to me and showed me a very nice truck in my price range. Here is where my purchase goes sideways. I was passed off to Jesse Jagunich a “Financial Advisor” to whom I made it clear I was interested in financing through GM. Once he had my information he used it to apply at some Banks the dealership did business with instead GM. So when he called and started the sales pitch for warranties yes not one but 3 the 36 month gm A 5 year 100,000 from Zurich for $6000. The third was the lifetime power train that Mosiac provides if you let them arrange the financing. He did not want to tell me the interest rate until he finished his sales pitch. He was trying get me to agree to pay 6.99% interest which was 2 full points higher than GM. I knew my credit rating was 870 When I voiced reluctance to pay extra he tried to convince me he was doing me a favor by arranging for me to pay $2400 more than I agreed for my vehicle. I pressed him for why the higher rate and he told me the company warranty is paid for through the additional interest that their banks charge. I hung up on him and called my credit union they wired the amount I had agreed to pay. Scot the salesmen I was working with did a very good job of completing this sale after my experience with the “Financial Advisor” The service dept also did a fine job for me as well. So Sales ***** Service ***** Finance 0* I strongly suggest you know what you are worth before sitting down with or talking over the phone with any “Financial Advisor” at this dealership

Went in not knowing what kind of SUV I was wanting and Keagen Haugen was amazing in helping assist my husband and I and directed us in the direction on which SUV was going to be the most reliable and best option with expecting a baby! He was patient with us and really listened to what our needs/wants were. When talking about pricing options he was very thorough with the whole process and made sure he explained and went over all options we could do to benefit us! Spencer was excellent. He answered all of our questions. Spencer even took care of my daughter who bought a car through him as well. When signing the paperwork the guy was super nice and funny. He made us feel comfortable buying a car from them. We bought our last car from Zumbrota ford and I was not happy when I left that place 5 hours after we got there. Great experience overall. Stanley was super helpful and made the whole experience feel relaxed, no pressure to buy. The sales staff helped to get a better price on my trade in which was pretty cool! Stanley offered us refreshments multiple times, felt very welcoming. Even when I had worry after signing and questions on the paperwork, they were open to questions and helped clarify!

Offered a fair price on my trade and the vehicle I bought was priced fairly also. like all dealers, tried to add on tons of extra warranty and protections when the paperwork was being done. One thing that hit me sideways was this device they add on to make the brakes flash. $400 add on, that they can't remove. Should be part of the purchase price, not listed as an "extra". Overall, good experience, Granny was great to work with.
