Karim is the man. Communicated with me through the whole process. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle and its specs. When it came to negotiating he was honest and fair. Guys in the finance sure do like to think they are funny… Nonetheless Very easy and pleasant experience with Mosaic auto.

From the time we arrived at the (very nice) dealership complex, and were met & greeted by Dominique out on the lot - we felt we were at the right place. Dominique was so very personable and friendly while he answered our questions and hustled around helping us with test drives. His casual friendly demeanor was inviting and easy to work with. He was supportive without any sense of being pushy - he just wanted us to be happy, regardless of whether we bought a vehicle that day or not. In the end as we narrowed our choice to a particular truck, he worked with us to get just what we were looking for. He was terrific - couldn’t have been better. The experience didn’t end there though. Zia got us through all the paperwork with class and efficiency - again with such a friendly and open & honest nature. He answered some questions we had and turned what is typically the least-favorite part of a purchase into a very pleasant experience which we left knowing we’d made the right choice. We left the truck there for detailing etc. and when we came to pick it up, we had one more enjoyable experience in store for us with the Mosaic staff. As we waited around for a short while, we marveled up close at the gorgeous trio of new Corvettes on the showroom floor. Before long, the team noticed us (obviously being lookie-Lou’s - not buyers) - and said they were gonna fire one of them up just so we could hear it purr/roar. What exhilarating sounds! And surprising LACK of exhaust fumes too - very efficient supercar apparently! Pretty exciting, and they clearly didn’t need to provide that for us - especially at that point right? We had a great experience with Mosaic, and we’re loving our truck. We’d recommend considering and making a drive to Mosaic in Zumbrota to anyone. If it’s anything like our experience - it’s worth the drive and you’ll be glad you did.

Traded my 2023 Chrysler Pacifica LTD today for a 2024 used GMC Denali Acadia and had an excellent experience. We saw the Acadia online last night and drove from Clear Lake, IA, 1 hour and 45 minutes to the dealership. Enjoyed working with Karim our sales person, Shawn the GM, Jesse the finance person and Liliana for helping us with OnStar etc. Loved they had such a large investory even though I bought the car I found online. Tom and I were both very impressed and would come back again if we were in need of a vehicle. Everyone was so friendly and helpful and fair..... Thank you!

Scott attended to all of our questions with Shawn overseeing making sure all of our needs for the vehicle were taken care of, and Zia helped us on the financing side answering all questions. Isaac and Jesse were fantastic. The car I wanted to test drive was ready when I arrived. Check-in was painless. Since it was late on a Saturday, I financed through the dealership. I had everything done and drove away in my gorgeous new Trax in just over 2 hours. Worth the drive from Minneapolis!

One of the best vehicle buying experiences ever. Isaac listened to what I was looking for in a vehicle. He actually found two and I got to choose! A big shout out to Owyn for being a great salesman!! Great personality and customer service! He took the time to find me the perfect truck in my price range. I told him what I was looking for and he definitely made it happen. After looking at 5-6 trucks, my fiancée and I found one that fit best for us. Owyn and his Dad made us feel very welcomed! Hi. This is actually Keith and Lisa Cramer from Pine Island. We hit a deer about 2 weeks ago. Mike from Mosaic called us immediately after we left a message, and he arranged a quick consultation on what the damage was, took pictures, ordered the parts and our car insurance considers Mosaic an excellent body shop. Waited 1-1/2 weeks for the parts, Mike gave us an accurate estimate on how long it would take, and actually it was done earlier. Very reasonable and Mike has been more than professional each and every time we've dealt with him and Mosaic. Our daughter hit a car earlier with her car and we had the same excellent experience with Mike and Mosaic too. We would definitely recommend Mosaic.

Everything was excellent! My salesperson Karim was knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful, even though he was suppose to be off. The dealership and car I was purchasing was top notch. There was one small key issue that was handled promptly by Karim and his parts manager. The Salesmanager and Finance person were also very pleasant and made the buying experience stress free and fun. Even the salespeople not involved with my sale were helpful and pleasant. As a former Salesmanager myself I would definitely recommend purchasing a vehicle from Mosaic Chevrolet!

Todd was amazing! We got to go home the same day with our truck and he made it so easy and quick for us! For sure our new go to place to get a vehicle moving forward and they were all so incredibly friendly especially compared to other places. They didn’t push us into any vehicle, allowed us to look at multiple and had no attitude towards us changing our minds a couple times. My fiancé and I were searching for a used truck to embark on our camping adventures. We discovered Mosaic online and were pleased to see the selection of trucks available within our budget. We met with Owyn, who had thoughtfully prepared a selection of trucks for us, considering our distance. He diligently worked to find the perfect truck that met our needs. Owyn was a pleasure to work with, possessing detailed knowledge and never pressuring us to make a purchase. He was patient and understood our specific requirements. Once we found the ideal truck, the entire staff demonstrated patience throughout the process. They ensured we felt comfortable and informed, which was truly appreciated. It was evident that they genuinely cared about our satisfaction and ensured we understood every detail. This was particularly important to me, as it meant there were no unexpected surprises. The finance manager was exceptionally kind, understanding, and patient. He never made us feel uneasy when discussing financial matters. He thoroughly explained everything and ensured we fully understood the documents we were signing. Again, there were no surprises. Overall, Mosaic clearly values its customers, and their staff is incredibly friendly. A notable advantage is their provision of full-size bottles for beverages, rather than cans.

My truck was due for an oil change and I didn’t have an appointment. However when I drove up to the service center I asked if they had time for an oil change and a tire rotation. Jon said it would be about an hour or so before I could get it done. I said know problem. After a while Jon stopped out and showed me my two filters. I knew it was getting close to having them replaced. So I said go ahead and take care of that for me and at the same time I ask Jon to replace my wiper blades because they were getting bad. To many bugs scraped off this summer. Lol. After a bit Jon stopped back out and said I was all done. As always very happy with the service here at Mosaic CDJR.

I found the exact vehicle I was looking for at Mosaic chevrolet. I went and looked at it and it was everything that was represented on the website. After running the numbers, i realized it was going to be out of my budget. Scott in sales and Sean the sales manager briefly conferred and made it fit my budget.( when I say made it fit my budget it was by dropping the price of the car) I couldn't be happier with the service and the entire process of buying this vehicle! If there was a way to give them more than five stars I would! It seems that this dealership is into selling cars not hanging on to every last dime

Went in not knowing what kind of SUV I was wanting and Keagen Haugen was amazing in helping assist my husband and I and directed us in the direction on which SUV was going to be the most reliable and best option with expecting a baby! He was patient with us and really listened to what our needs/wants were. When talking about pricing options he was very thorough with the whole process and made sure he explained and went over all options we could do to benefit us! When asking about certain SUV’s he went out of his way to make sure he found everything and anything in our price range and style and was very open with us about the reliability of what he was showing us! If you’re thinking of upgrading or wanting to look at options for a new vehicle mosaic is a great place to go and I highly recommend asking for Keagen Haugen at the Mosaic Chevy location he is great at his job and will for sure make sure you get exactly what you’re looking for!

Spencer in sales did a great job at helping us get into the vehicle we were looking for. It didn't look like we were going to be able to afford the payments but Ahmed in finance found a way to get the numbers to work that we needed. Spencer was excellent. He answered all of our questions. Spencer even took care of my daughter who bought a car through him as well. When signing the paperwork the guy was super nice and funny. He made us feel comfortable buying a car from them. We bought our last car from Zumbrota ford and I was not happy when I left that place 5 hours after we got there. I told myself that I would never go there again. After dealing with Spencer I have changed my mind and will buy another car or truck from Spencer and Mosiac motors. Thank you for a good experience. Great experience overall. Stanley was super helpful and made the whole experience feel relaxed, no pressure to buy. The sales staff helped to get a better price on my trade in which was pretty cool! Stanley offered us refreshments multiple times, felt very welcoming. Even when I had worry after signing and questions on the paperwork, they were open to questions and helped clarify!

Offered a fair price on my trade and the vehicle I bought was priced fairly also. like all dealers, tried to add on tons of extra warranty and protections when the paperwork was being done. One thing that hit me sideways was this device they add on to make the brakes flash. $400 add on, that they can't remove. Should be part of the purchase price, not listed as an "extra". Overall, good experience, Granny was great to work with.

I have bought 7 vehicles from Mosiac 2 of them being challengers, 3 chargers, a Jeep Cherokee and a Dodge Durango. Michael made my latest purchase quick and easy. I had searched many dodge locations in search of my latest charger and they spent the extra time to make sure I was given several options to make sure I got the best deal and was truly happy.
