Great service. Fair price. I dropped off a trailer and bearings. The bearings were the wrong size and they had an employee stop by NAPA to get the right ones. That was above and beyond the call of duty and my trailer is now fixed!

I just purchased a brand new Ram 1500 Warlock from Mosaic Chrysler and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. Well, I purchased a used vehicle from Mosaic Chrysler Zumbrota just recently. I guess I didn’t know what to expect. I’ve purchased several vehicles throughout the years and have had many experiences with different dealerships. My sales rep Jack was really easy to work with and not pushy at all. The finance team was great as well. Once we finalized the deal, I was about to pull out and drive 2 hours back home and Jack stopped me to fill up the gas tank on the way out! Thanks Jack and thanks Mosaic Chrysler Zumbrota team! They changed all the fluids on the truck already. It came equipped with new tires, new brakes and with 120,000 miles on it, It drives like a brand new truck. Two thumbs up!

This review may be long, but I want to give a complete picture of my experience because it is well deserved. I bought a used Yukon XL in April. I’ve always loathed the car-buying process and I even used a service to handle the negotiations so I could simply come in and sign. My salesman, Isaac, was absolutely top notch. He had great communication, was attentive, and helpful even after the sale. The finance team was also good. There was, however, a mistake in my warranty terms: the gentleman in finance entered the deductible wrong, and I didn’t catch it at signing. More on that later. Another financing hiccup happened as well. The credit score the dealership pulled was lower than what I had from the bureau, resulting in a higher rate than my pre-approval. Since the purchase price was slightly over my pre-approved amount, reapplying wasn’t an easy option. I called the bureau from the dealership and, after 30 minutes on hold, they confirmed my score was correct and that the issue was with the dealership’s reporting software. Unfortunately, the dealership could only work with what their system showed, so the only option was to refinance later. I left that day with my “new-to-me” car, but not feeling entirely great about it. The short test drive went fine, but after the 54-mile drive home, a “service suspension system” warning popped up. I sent Isaac a photo immediately, and he suggested driving it a bit to see if it cleared. It didn’t, though I could manually reset it. Then the rear passenger door sensor malfunctioned, causing the interior lights and running boards to act up. A few other issues cropped up as well. Wanting convenience for my family’s busy schedule, I brought it to the dealership closest to me. My warranty covered everything except normal wear items, and I’d been told any covered service would be a flat $100 deductible. So I was shocked when the local service department quoted $350 for the door frame (because the warranty “didn’t pay enough”) and $3,300 for shocks and struts. I called the warranty company, only to find my deductible was actually $250—not the $100 I’d discussed and agreed to in finance. I wasn’t happy, but I also recognized I’d missed the error at signing. When I contacted Isaac initially before finding out about the deductible error, he assured me his dealership would honor the $100 deductible if I brought the vehicle to them. When I was given the large quote I reached out again with a more detailed account as well as a request for remedy. They arranged for a driver to pick up my vehicle and leave me with a loaner; my first pleasant surprise. While the contract itself couldn’t be rewritten, they were committed to honoring the agreement we’d made. They picked up my vehicle on a Tuesday, and I sent a full list of issues. I was nervous—repairs this soon after purchase weren’t something I’d budgeted for. I didn’t hear back until Thursday of the following week, when they told me my Yukon was done and being returned. Panicked about a surprise bill, I called Isaac. He told me they had addressed everything on my list, replaced a front strut due to a faulty sensor, changed the spark plugs, and did an oil change. The total bill? Just $100 for the deductible and the cost of the oil change - about $350 total for roughly $5,000 worth of work. I hadn’t left a review earlier because I wasn’t sure how I felt about my purchase, but this has completely changed my perspective. Isaac and the team went above and beyond, showing true customer service and commitment to standing behind their vehicles. I’m deeply grateful, and I wholeheartedly recommend this dealership—ask for Isaac. The “superman” owners are phenomenal too. Not all hero’s wear capes.

My husband and I bought a 2015 Chevy Tahoe from Mosaic! We lead very busy lives with him working nights and me being a stay at home mom of two! We called them and said we wanted the Tahoe and we got a call back almost immediately and they started the paperwork! We got there and they stayed after they closed to help us complete the purchase! We recommended them to my little sister who is wanting to purchase a vehicle! We felt very comfortable with them and they delivered 10/10 service and caring!

We were on our way to a mini family vacation to the Mall of America when, just outside of Zumbrota during a heavy downpour, the driver’s side windshield wiper suddenly snapped. We pulled into the Zumbrota Kwik Star and were fortunate to find the Mosaic Chevrolet dealership nearby. Huge shoutout to Anthony Archer and the entire service team at Mosaic. They quickly diagnosed the issue and had us back on the road within an hour—thankfully, they had the necessary transmission part in stock. Their customer service was top-notch: prompt, professional, and informative throughout the process. Mosaic truly came through for us in a pinch. We were about 4.5 hours from home with one very excited 4-year-old in the backseat. Their help was a blessing, and we’re incredibly grateful!

This was hands-down the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Mosaic Chevrolet helped me get into the car of my dreams and found the perfect vehicle for my wife — all while trading us out of two vehicles we were upside down on. I genuinely felt like they did everything they could to make sure we walked away happy, satisfied, and in a better financial position. Isaac was incredibly responsive through text, answering every question I had and keeping the process smooth from start to finish. No pressure, no games — just straight answers and a team willing to work with us. One thing I’ll never forget: the music playing in the dealership while we were signing paperwork. “Arms of the Angel” came on — beautiful song, sure, but a little surreal as the backdrop for finalizing two vehicle purchases. We drove about an hour one way just to test drive, then came back two days later to drive home in our new vehicles. And honestly, I’d gladly do it all over again. I had appointments in Rochester so we decided to check out a vehicle we found online. We had been looking for quite a while, we had a specific make, model and trim we wanted. We stopped in on a Monday, were met at the vehicle by Willie, super nice gentleman, not pushy, interested in what we wanted. We visited with Willie, a couple of finance guys, very nice gentleman, and talked numbers for quite a while. Huge shout out to these guys for staying well past closing hour to get us the deal we were happy with. Stopped back on Tuesday afternoon and picked up the vehicle, there were a few kinks that were easily worked out and we left for our 5 1/2 drive home. We were very satisfied with everyone we worked with and with the dealership as a whole. We would have no problem with recommending Mosaic Chevrolet for anyone wanting a new or used vehicle.

Mosaic had the vehicle I wanted, after a hard nation wide search, only one was available at this time and they had it. Although my rating may be a bit different as I went there and wasn't leaving without it versus shopping a bunch of dealerships for the same vehicle. I whole heartedly give Mosaic 5 stars. Not because they had the only vehicle I wanted, but because of how they sold it to me. Their interaction with me, and also my view as they dealt with other customers while I was there was very personable. My sales associate Todd went out of his way for me a couple of times, and even made a pretty crazy cool video just before I drove off. I'd like to also add that this dealership will soon have three separate Dodge, GMC and Ford lots with their addition of the new Ford facility. With that said, I would definitely consider Mosaic the next time you're interested in a new or used vehicle. One last thing, the drive there was absolutely beautiful and very easy to get to. They do have another another vehicle on the lot I'm interested in during my short wait as they prepared for me the one I came for... Hehe... Buy 2 get 2... When you do decide to visit Mosaic, ask for Todd and tell him Dave sent you, the guy that bought the almost new Dodge Ram 3500 Laramie DRW and loves the band Motherwind, he'll remember me. lol.. The staff at Mosaic is amazing I came into the dealership knowing exactly what I wanted and Aaron showed me some vehicles to choose from i test drove a couple of vehicles with zero pressure to buy anything once I’d decided on the vehicle I wanted we ran some numbers and Aaron even explained to me the benefits between leasing and buying. I ended up leasing as it was the best option when it came time to sit down with the finance person they explained everything clearly and showed me several different options as far as coverage for the vehicle! The sales manager came out to congratulate my wife and I on the purchase of our new truck when the deal was done! The salesman called me 2 days later to ensure I was still completely satisfied with my purchase and I am they won a customer for life with this deal amazing team at this dealership! Edit: we loved our experience so much we went back 2 weeks later and traded in our Jeep compass for a Jeep grand Cherokee and couldn’t have been happier with that trade we got a great price for the compass and we absolutely love our new Jeep! Edit to the edit: 3 years into the leases on our vehicles we came back to mosaic to trade the previous vehicles off on to new ones for both the wife and I.. again mosaic knocked it out of the park… the Todd and Jenn in sales were attentive to our wants in our new vehicles and found exactly what we wanted we were in and out in less than 3 hours for 2 new vehicles!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Went in not knowing what kind of SUV I was wanting and Keagen Haugen was amazing in helping assist my husband and I and directed us in the direction on which SUV was going to be the most reliable and best option with expecting a baby! He was patient with us and really listened to what our needs/wants were. When talking about pricing options he was very thorough with the whole process and made sure he explained and went over all options we could do to benefit us! When asking about certain SUV’s he went out of his way to make sure he found everything and anything in our price range and style and was very open with us about the reliability of what he was showing us! Spencer was excellent. He answered all of our questions. Spencer even took care of my daughter who bought a car through him as well. When signing the paperwork the guy was super nice and funny. He made us feel comfortable buying a car from them. We bought our last car from Zumbrota ford and I was not happy when I left that place 5 hours after we got there. Great experience overall. Stanley was super helpful and made the whole experience feel relaxed, no pressure to buy. The sales staff helped to get a better price on my trade in which was pretty cool! Offered a fair price on my trade and the vehicle I bought was priced fairly also. like all dealers, tried to add on tons of extra warranty and protections when the paperwork was being done. One thing that hit me sideways was this device they add on to make the brakes flash. $400 add on, that they can't remove. Should be part of the purchase price, not listed as an "extra". Overall, good experience, Granny was great to work with.
