They did a great job fixing my van. Made it really easy gave me a loaner vehicle so I didnt have to worry about not having transportation. They didnt even charge me for the loaner vehicle only had to fill it back up with fuel. Would recommend to anyone that gets in an accident.

I was helping my son look for a truck. I must have talked with at least 10 dealership over a 2day span. This place was by far the best place to deal with the 2 lady's I delt with were Nickki and granny. I can tell you Nikki went way above and beyond to help us get all the information we needed. Unfortunately we went a different direction on are vehicle purchases but I wish the truck my son fell in love with would have been on there lot.

Sales staff were very friendly. I was looking for a new truck online thought I saw something i liked so looked closer a salesman reached out to me and showed me a very nice truck in my price range. Here is where my purchase goes sideways. I was passed off to Jesse Jagunich a “Financial Advisor” to whom I made it clear I was interested in financing through GM. Once he had my information he used it to apply at some Banks the dealership did business with instead GM. So when he called and started the sales pitch for warranties yes not one but 3 the 36 month gm A 5 year 100,000 from Zurich for $6000. The third was the lifetime power train that Mosiac provides if you let them arrange the financing. He did not want to tell me the interest rate until he finished his sales pitch. He was trying get me to agree to pay 6.99% interest which was 2 full points higher than GM. I knew my credit rating was 870 When I voiced reluctance to pay extra he tried to convince me he was doing me a favor by arranging for me to pay $2400 more than I agreed for my vehicle. I pressed him for why the higher rate and he told me the company warranty is paid for through the additional interest that their banks charge. I hung up on him and called my credit union they wired the amount I had agreed to pay. Scot the salesmen I was working with did a very good job of completing this sale after my experience with the “Financial Advisor” The service dept also did a fine job for me as well. So Sales ***** Service ***** Finance 0* I strongly suggest you know what you are worth before sitting down with or talking over the phone with any “Financial Advisor” at this dealership

Usually buying a vehicle is stressful and just not a great experience but not with Granny! She was amazing and made our trip in worth it. Went in not knowing what kind of SUV I was wanting and Keagen Haugen was amazing in helping assist my husband and I and directed us in the direction on which SUV was going to be the most reliable and best option with expecting a baby! He was patient with us and really listened to what our needs/wants were. When talking about pricing options he was very thorough with the whole process and made sure he explained and went over all options we could do to benefit us! When asking about certain SUV’s he went out of his way to make sure he found everything and anything in our price range and style and was very open with us about the reliability of what he was showing us! If you’re thinking of upgrading or wanting to look at options for a new vehicle mosaic is a great place to go and I highly recommend asking for Keagen Haugen at the Mosaic Chevy location he is great at his job and will for sure make sure you get exactly what you’re looking for!

Spencer was excellent. He answered all of our questions. Spencer even took care of my daughter who bought a car through him as well. When signing the paperwork the guy was super nice and funny. He made us feel comfortable buying a car from them. We bought our last car from Zumbrota ford and I was not happy when I left that place 5 hours after we got there. Great experience overall. Stanley was super helpful and made the whole experience feel relaxed, no pressure to buy. The sales staff helped to get a better price on my trade in which was pretty cool! Stanley offered us refreshments multiple times, felt very welcoming. Even when I had worry after signing and questions on the paperwork, they were open to questions and helped clarify!

Offered a fair price on my trade and the vehicle I bought was priced fairly also. like all dealers, tried to add on tons of extra warranty and protections when the paperwork was being done. One thing that hit me sideways was this device they add on to make the brakes flash. $400 add on, that they can't remove. Should be part of the purchase price, not listed as an "extra". Overall, good experience, Granny was great to work with.

There was one small key issue that was handled promptly by Karim and his parts manager. The Salesmanager and Finance person were also very pleasant and made the buying experience stress free and fun. Todd was amazing! We got to go home the same day with our truck and he made it so easy and quick for us! For sure our new go to place to get a vehicle moving forward and they were all so incredibly friendly especially compared to other places. My fiancé and I were searching for a used truck to embark on our camping adventures. We discovered Mosaic online and were pleased to see the selection of trucks available within our budget. We met with Owyn, who had thoughtfully prepared a selection of trucks for us, considering our distance. He diligently worked to find the perfect truck that met our needs. Owyn was a pleasure to work with, possessing detailed knowledge and never pressuring us to make a purchase. He was patient and understood our specific requirements. Once we found the ideal truck, the entire staff demonstrated patience throughout the process. They ensured we felt comfortable and informed, which was truly appreciated. It was evident that they genuinely cared about our satisfaction and ensured we understood every detail. This was particularly important to me, as it meant there were no unexpected surprises. The finance manager was exceptionally kind, understanding, and patient. He never made us feel uneasy when discussing financial matters. He thoroughly explained everything and ensured we fully understood the documents we were signing. Again, there were no surprises. Overall, Mosaic clearly values its customers, and their staff is incredibly friendly. A notable advantage is their provision of full-size bottles for beverages, rather than cans.

My truck was due for an oil change and I didn’t have an appointment. However when I drove up to the service center I asked if they had time for an oil change and a tire rotation. Jon said it would be about an hour or so before I could get it done. I said know problem. After a while Jon stopped out and showed me my two filters. I knew it was getting close to having them replaced. So I said go ahead and take care of that for me and at the same time I ask Jon to replace my wiper blades because they were getting bad. To many bugs scraped off this summer. Lol. After a bit Jon stopped back out and said I was all done. As always very happy with the service here at Mosaic CDJR.

I found the exact vehicle I was looking for at Mosaic chevrolet. I went and looked at it and it was everything that was represented on the website. After running the numbers, i realized it was going to be out of my budget. Scott in sales and Sean the sales manager briefly conferred and made it fit my budget.( when I say made it fit my budget it was by dropping the price of the car) I couldn't be happier with the service and the entire process of buying this vehicle! Well, I purchased a used vehicle from Mosaic Chrysler Zumbrota just recently. I guess I didn’t know what to expect. I’ve purchased several vehicles throughout the years and have had many experiences with different dealerships. My sales rep Jack was really easy to work with and not pushy at all. The finance team was great as well. Once we finalized the deal, I was about to pull out and drive 2 hours back home and Jack stopped me to fill up the gas tank on the way out! Thanks Jack and thanks Mosaic Chrysler Zumbrota team! They changed all the fluids on the truck already. It came equipped with new tires, new brakes and with 120,000 miles on it, It drives like a brand new truck. Two thumbs up!

This review may be long, but I want to give a complete picture of my experience because it is well deserved. I bought a used Yukon XL in April. I’ve always loathed the car-buying process and I even used a service to handle the negotiations so I could simply come in and sign. My salesman, Isaac, was absolutely top notch. He had great communication, was attentive, and helpful even after the sale. The finance team was also good. There was, however, a mistake in my warranty terms: the gentleman in finance entered the deductible wrong, and I didn’t catch it at signing. More on that later. Another financing hiccup happened as well. The credit score the dealership pulled was lower than what I had from the bureau, resulting in a higher rate than my pre-approval. Since the purchase price was slightly over my pre-approved amount, reapplying wasn’t an easy option. I called the bureau from the dealership and, after 30 minutes on hold, they confirmed my score was correct and that the issue was with the dealership’s reporting software. Unfortunately, the dealership could only work with what their system showed, so the only option was to refinance later. I left that day with my “new-to-me” car, but not feeling entirely great about it. The short test drive went fine, but after the 54-mile drive home, a “service suspension system” warning popped up. I sent Isaac a photo immediately, and he suggested driving it a bit to see if it cleared. It didn’t, though I could manually reset it. Then the rear passenger door sensor malfunctioned, causing the interior lights and running boards to act up. A few other issues cropped up as well. Wanting convenience for my family’s busy schedule, I brought it to the dealership closest to me. My warranty covered everything except normal wear items, and I’d been told any covered service would be a flat $100 deductible. So I was shocked when the local service department quoted $350 for the door frame (because the warranty “didn’t pay enough”) and $3,300 for shocks and struts. I called the warranty company, only to find my deductible was actually $250—not the $100 I’d discussed and agreed to in finance. I wasn’t happy, but I also recognized I’d missed the error at signing. When I contacted Isaac initially before finding out about the deductible error, he assured me his dealership would honor the $100 deductible if I brought the vehicle to them. When I was given the large quote I reached out again with a more detailed account as well as a request for remedy. They arranged for a driver to pick up my vehicle and leave me with a loaner; my first pleasant surprise. While the contract itself couldn’t be rewritten, they were committed to honoring the agreement we’d made. They picked up my vehicle on a Tuesday, and I sent a full list of issues. I was nervous—repairs this soon after purchase weren’t something I’d budgeted for. I didn’t hear back until Thursday of the following week, when they told me my Yukon was done and being returned. Panicked about a surprise bill, I called Isaac. He told me they had addressed everything on my list, replaced a front strut due to a faulty sensor, changed the spark plugs, and did an oil change. The total bill? Just $100 for the deductible and the cost of the oil change - about $350 total for roughly $5,000 worth of work. I hadn’t left a review earlier because I wasn’t sure how I felt about my purchase, but this has completely changed my perspective. Isaac and the team went above and beyond, showing true customer service and commitment to standing behind their vehicles. I’m deeply grateful, and I wholeheartedly recommend this dealership—ask for Isaac. The “superman” owners are phenomenal too. Not all hero’s wear capes.

We were on our way to a mini family vacation to the Mall of America when, just outside of Zumbrota during a heavy downpour, the driver’s side windshield wiper suddenly snapped. We pulled into the Zumbrota Kwik Star and were fortunate to find the Mosaic Chevrolet dealership nearby. Huge shoutout to Anthony Archer and the entire service team at Mosaic. They quickly diagnosed the issue and had us back on the road within an hour—thankfully, they had the necessary transmission part in stock. Their customer service was top-notch: prompt, professional, and informative throughout the process. Mosaic truly came through for us in a pinch. We were about 4.5 hours from home with one very excited 4-year-old in the backseat. Their help was a blessing, and we’re incredibly grateful!

This was hands-down the best car buying experience I’ve ever had.
