Offered a fair price on my trade and the vehicle I bought was priced fairly also. like all dealers, tried to add on tons of extra warranty and protections when the paperwork was being done. One thing that hit me sideways was this device they add on to make the brakes flash. $400 add on, that they can't remove. Should be part of the purchase price, not listed as an "extra". Overall, good experience, Granny was great to work with.

I have bought 7 vehicles from Mosiac 2 of them being challengers, 3 chargers, a Jeep Cherokee and a Dodge Durango. Michael made my latest purchase quick and easy. I had searched many dodge locations in search of my latest charger and they spent the extra time to make sure I was given several options to make sure I got the best deal and was truly happy. I know for sure as long as Micheal and Todd are working for Mosiac I will not go anywhere else. Look forward to seeing you in 3 years for my next lease. I am a very satisfied customer. Also I didn't feel pressure during any part of the deal and was in and out in 3 hours. Mosiac Dodge in zumbrota clearly has the small town feel and great customer service

So far, so good. Purchased a used vehicle a few weeks ago from Mosiac Chevy. Stanley H. was a professional young man who was very helpful! Appreciated him investigating answers to questions we had to provide honest answers! (Instead of “blowing smoke” to complete a sale) Service department was pleasant and timely, as vehicle required new tires! Appreciated the installed quality tires, instead of pawning off cheap ones! Mick was without a doubt one of the best car salesman I've ever dealt with! He got me into a great vehicle that I loved. Unfortunately a week later I hit a deer totaling it out. Mick stuck with me the whole time, checking in on me, sending me new vehicles in my price range that they'd been getting in, and with a little patience and determination, we finally found the one for me! Not once, but TWICE he came through for me! LOVE my new car!!! I can't express my gratitude enough. I was a little hesitant to buy a vehicle anywhere out of state, but I couldn't find a vehicle in Montana that checked all of the boxes. When I received the call from Scott I instantly knew this would be a great transaction. Not only were the prices better than anywhere else I had been searching, but the selection of vehicles was also larger than other dealerships. Scott made the paperwork pain free, and he answered all of my questions. He then handed me off to Jesse in the finance department and he made that part of the transaction easy. These guys were very professional and damn good at what they do, I highly recommend Mosaic Chevrolet and more specifically these two gentlemen.

Came in for an oil change and the service station had some appointments and initially was going to be quite a wait, and one of the mechanics overheard and asked what I needed and said he’d take care of it and I was super happy because I wasn’t prepared to wait 90 mins for an oil change. Jack Madsen was Friendly , knowledgeable. Nice to work with. New car manager, finance officer, service manager were all good people. I recommend mozaic Ram of Zumbrota as I would give them another opportunity to sell me a car in the future. PS, UPDATE: 03/27/2026. I HAVE BEEN. ATTEMPTING TO GET HELP FROM THE FINANCE DEPT.[AHMED DEEB] WROTE THIS PURCHASE. I ADVISED HIM THAT IN WISCONSIN, WE OWN OU R LICENSE PLATES. I TOLD HIM I CALLED Wi.DMV TO ASK HOW TO TRANSFER MY HANDICAP PLAYES FROM MY 2012 SILVERADO TO THE NEW 2026 LARAMIE. AHMED SAID HE DID NOT KNOW HOW TO DO THAT. I SAID, THEY ADVISED ME THAT YOU ADD IT TO THE LICENSE PLATE APPLICATION FORM MV1-1. SECTION B RIGHT AFTER VEHICLE SER. NUMBER. WELL. AHMED FAILED TO COMPLETE THE FORM CORRECTLY. HE EVIDENTLY ADDED THEIR TEMPORARY PLATE NUMBER IN ORDER TO GAIN THE $3.00 TEMPORARY PLATE FEE. THUS ALSO ADDING THE Wi. License plate fee #100.00, wheel tax fee $38.00 Total $176.00 overcharge. I have spent several hours and miles trying to correct this. Wi.DMV said dealership can complete form MV1020, MARK PLATE AND TAG DESTROYED AND GET ""MY"" REFUND. AFTER TALKIMG WITH MR. DEEB (TWICE IN FEB.)sent him the two forms marked where it plainly states to write in my handicap plate number he needed to complete for my refund, [UNANSWERED Email o3/25/2026], A COUPLE TIMES , HE TALKED TO WOMAN WHO COMPLETES FORMS, I (02/25/26 4:30 PM). TALKED TO SALES MANAGER AHMED ALI FOR HELP [AFTER I SPENT A FEW HOURS FIGURING OUT HOW TO COMPLETE THE REQUEST FOR THE DEALERSHIP TO GET THE $500.00 VET DISCOUNT MONEY (STILL CONFUSED HOW THAT WORKS) HE PASSED ME BACK TO MR. DEEB WHO DOESN'T RETURN E MAILS OR CALLS. SO, I GUESS I HAVE TO SAY, AT AGE 77 I LEARNED A LITTLE ABOUT COMPUTERING. This was hands-down the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Mosaic Chevrolet helped me get into the car of my dreams and found the perfect vehicle for my wife — all while trading us out of two vehicles we were upside down on. I genuinely felt like they did everything they could to make sure we walked away happy, satisfied, and in a better financial position. Isaac was incredibly responsive through text, answering every question I had and keeping the process smooth from start to finish. No pressure, no games — just straight answers and a team willing to work with us. One thing I’ll never forget: the music playing in the dealership while we were signing paperwork. “Arms of the Angel” came on — beautiful song, sure, but a little surreal as the backdrop for finalizing two vehicle purchases. We drove about an hour one way just to test drive, then came back two days later to drive home in our new vehicles. And honestly, I’d gladly do it all over again. I’d absolutely recommend Mosaic Chevrolet to anyone looking for a dealership that actually listens and does right by their customers.

I had appointments in Rochester so we decided to check out a vehicle we found online. We had been looking for quite a while, we had a specific make, model and trim we wanted. We stopped in on a Monday, were met at the vehicle by Willie, super nice gentleman, not pushy, interested in what we wanted. We visited with Willie, a couple of finance guys, very nice gentleman, and talked numbers for quite a while. Huge shout out to these guys for staying well past closing hour to get us the deal we were happy with. Stopped back on Tuesday afternoon and picked up the vehicle, there were a few kinks that were easily worked out and we left for our 5 1/2 drive home. We were very satisfied with everyone we worked with and with the dealership as a whole. We would have no problem with recommending Mosaic Chevrolet for anyone wanting a new or used vehicle.

Mosaic had the vehicle I wanted, after a hard nation wide search, only one was available at this time and they had it. Although my rating may be a bit different as I went there and wasn't leaving without it versus shopping a bunch of dealerships for the same vehicle. I whole heartedly give Mosaic 5 stars. Not because they had the only vehicle I wanted, but because of how they sold it to me. Their interaction with me, and also my view as they dealt with other customers while I was there was very personable. My sales associate Todd went out of his way for me a couple of times, and even made a pretty crazy cool video just before I drove off. I'd like to also add that this dealership will soon have three separate Dodge, GMC and Ford lots with their addition of the new Ford facility. With that said, I would definitely consider Mosaic the next time you're interested in a new or used vehicle. One last thing, the drive there was absolutely beautiful and very easy to get to. They do have another another vehicle on the lot I'm interested in during my short wait as they prepared for me the one I came for... Hehe... Buy 2 get 2... When you do decide to visit Mosaic, ask for Todd and tell him Dave sent you, the guy that bought the almost new Dodge Ram 3500 Laramie DRW and loves the band Motherwind, he'll remember me. lol.. The staff at Mosaic is amazing I came into the dealership knowing exactly what I wanted and Aaron showed me some vehicles to choose from i test drove a couple of vehicles with zero pressure to buy anything once I’d decided on the vehicle I wanted we ran some numbers and Aaron even explained to me the benefits between leasing and buying. I ended up leasing as it was the best option when it came time to sit down with the finance person they explained everything clearly and showed me several different options as far as coverage for the vehicle! The sales manager came out to congratulate my wife and I on the purchase of our new truck when the deal was done! The salesman called me 2 days later to ensure I was still completely satisfied with my purchase and I am they won a customer for life with this deal amazing team at this dealership! Edit: we loved our experience so much we went back 2 weeks later and traded in our Jeep compass for a Jeep grand Cherokee and couldn’t have been happier with that trade we got a great price for the compass and we absolutely love our new Jeep! Edit to the edit: 3 years into the leases on our vehicles we came back to mosaic to trade the previous vehicles off on to new ones for both the wife and I.. again mosaic knocked it out of the park… the Todd and Jenn in sales were attentive to our wants in our new vehicles and found exactly what we wanted we were in and out in less than 3 hours for 2 new vehicles!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Todd was GREAT! He really made my family feel at home, he worked with us and even got is a great vehicle! He explained the vehicle and took time out to make sure we understood the pros and cons of the vehicle! After we decided on the car he asked us to do a video which I agreed to but he also gave my son a line and he was so excited ( but what 8yr old boy with a new family vehicle wouldn't be?) Recently my truck transmission was failing and when I talked to Isaac at Mosaic he asked for details about it and sent him pictures. He sold my ride with in two days and hooked me up with a ride that he knew was coming in. I told him what I wanted visited other dealerships but in the end I came back cause he found a nice used model that fit what i was looking for.
