Recently my truck transmission was failing and when I talked to Isaac at Mosaic he asked for details about it and sent him pictures. He sold my ride with in two days and hooked me up with a ride that he knew was coming in. I told him what I wanted visited other dealerships but in the end I came back cause he found a nice used model that fit what i was looking for. Definitely will work with him again and the finance guy was a real person as well and did a great job of explaining things.

This was hands down the most seamless and stress-free car purchase I’ve ever had. I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Mosaic Dealerships and especially Jeff, who went above and beyond in every way possible. Jeff personally drove the car up to the Twin Cities to deliver it to us, something I’ve never seen a dealership do before. Not only was the entire process incredibly easy, but he made sure the vehicle was in pristine condition and handled everything with professionalism and care. On top of that, he took our trade-in vehicle and drove it back down to the dealership himself. Jeff made the entire experience smooth, transparent, and incredibly convenient. It felt like we were working with someone who genuinely cared about making things easy for us; no pressure, no hassle, just great service. My truck was due for an oil change and I didn’t have an appointment. However when I drove up to the service center I asked if they had time for an oil change and a tire rotation. They told me it would be a bit of a wait. I said that would be okay because I was not in a hurry. I believe it took about an hour or so I wasn’t watching the clock. They called me to the counter to pay for my oil change and let me know everything was fine and I was back on the road.

What a great dealership! We reached out online about a vehicle and Issac responded quickly. We live over an hour away and had a busy week so we only had a short window of tome to drive over and take a look/test drive the vehicle. It turned out it was Issac’s day off. He took the time to come in anyway and made the sale! Once we got it home we had noticed a few issues we didn’t notice at the dealership, I called Issac the next day and he assured me they would make it right. I can’t say enough about everyone at Mosaic Chevrolet in Zumbrota, from sales to the finance team to the gentleman that drove a loaner to us. EVERYONE gave us great customer service. A big thank you for Hayden helping us get home safe. Our car batter plate completely rusted out and our patter fell and was pushing the guard plate into our wheel. Hayden helped us by at least ziptyeing the battery into place when no where else was open and able to help us.

Car shopping/purchasing has always been something we did not enjoy and would stress over. I had called Mosaic after we were referred by our daughter and son-in-law with some general questions about our trade and a vehicle we were interested in. I spoke with Patrick who took down some info and got back to me right away answering my questions and did not get annoyed with my follow up phone calls or texts. We ended up stopping in on an extremely busy evening and in no way felt pressured or rushed. Our Sales Specialist (Patrick) took his time and was patient with all our questions. No BS sales tactics like we have experienced so many times before. General Sales Manager (Jenn) was also very pleasant straight and honest which we appreciated when working our final numbers - no games! When closing out our financing -Jason was very friendly, helpful, also took his time with us to go through all our options, explain everything and answer our questions. Thank you Mosaic for making this the best car purchasing experience we've ever had!

Very friendly staff. Everyone was really helpful trying to negotiate a fair deal. They only had one person helping with financing when I went and there was a few people after me looking at vehicles. Despite that he spent the extra time with me to make sure I get the best deal and don’t pay for any extra coverages or fees I didn’t want. My only complaint would be that the truck I bought was showing signs of rust (paint bubbling) in a common area in the pictures. When I arrived to test drive they put fender covers over the rusted areas. When I mentioned it to the salesman they said they didn’t know about it (which the rust was minimal so I don’t blame him). The covers are good quality and I was going to get them anyway but it does cause concern of any other cover ups I would might have missed. I’ve only had the truck for a few days now and I’ve had 0 issues. Overall highly recommend this dealership. Just as any dealership, make sure you come in knowing your vehicle and understanding buying a new car takes time and paperwork.

Offered a fair price on my trade and the vehicle I bought was priced fairly also. like all dealers, tried to add on tons of extra warranty and protections when the paperwork was being done. One thing that hit me sideways was this device they add on to make the brakes flash. $400 add on, that they can't remove. Should be part of the purchase price, not listed as an "extra". Overall, good experience, Granny was great to work with.

I have bought 7 vehicles from Mosiac 2 of them being challengers, 3 chargers, a Jeep Cherokee and a Dodge Durango. Michael made my latest purchase quick and easy. I had searched many dodge locations in search of my latest charger and they spent the extra time to make sure I was given several options to make sure I got the best deal and was truly happy. I was a little hesitant to buy a vehicle anywhere out of state, but I couldn't find a vehicle in Montana that checked all of the boxes. When I received the call from Scott I instantly knew this would be a great transaction. Not only were the prices better than anywhere else I had been searching, but the selection of vehicles was also larger than other dealerships. Scott made the paperwork pain free, and he answered all of my questions. He then handed me off to Jesse in the finance department and he made that part of the transaction easy. Came in for an oil change and the service station had some appointments and initially was going to be quite a wait, and one of the mechanics overheard and asked what I needed and said he’d take care of it and I was super happy because I wasn’t prepared to wait 90 mins for an oil change. ATTEMPTING TO GET HELP FROM THE FINANCE DEPT.[AHMED DEEB] WROTE THIS PURCHASE. I ADVISED HIM THAT IN WISCONSIN, WE OWN OU R LICENSE PLATES. I TOLD HIM I CALLED Wi.DMV TO ASK HOW TO TRANSFER MY HANDICAP PLAYES FROM MY 2012 SILVERADO TO THE NEW 2026 LARAMIE. AHMED SAID HE DID NOT KNOW HOW TO DO THAT. I SAID, THEY ADVISED ME THAT YOU ADD IT TO THE LICENSE PLATE APPLICATION FORM MV1-1. SECTION B RIGHT AFTER VEHICLE SER. NUMBER. WELL. AHMED FAILED TO COMPLETE THE FORM CORRECTLY. HE EVIDENTLY ADDED THEIR TEMPORARY PLATE NUMBER IN ORDER TO GAIN THE $3.00 TEMPORARY PLATE FEE. THUS ALSO ADDING THE Wi. License plate fee #100.00, wheel tax fee $38.00 Total $176.00 overcharge. I have spent several hours and miles trying to correct this. Wi.DMV said dealership can complete form MV1020, MARK PLATE AND TAG DESTROYED AND GET ""MY"" REFUND. AFTER TALKIMG WITH MR. DEEB (TWICE IN FEB.)sent him the two forms marked where it plainly states to write in my handicap plate number he needed to complete for my refund, [UNANSWERED Email o3/25/2026], A COUPLE TIMES , HE TALKED TO WOMAN WHO COMPLETES FORMS, I (02/25/26 4:30 PM). TALKED TO SALES MANAGER AHMED ALI FOR HELP [AFTER I SPENT A FEW HOURS FIGURING OUT HOW TO COMPLETE THE REQUEST FOR THE DEALERSHIP TO GET THE $500.00 VET DISCOUNT MONEY (STILL CONFUSED HOW THAT WORKS) HE PASSED ME BACK TO MR.
