What a great dealership! We reached out online about a vehicle and Issac responded quickly. We live over an hour away and had a busy week so we only had a short window of tome to drive over and take a look/test drive the vehicle. It turned out it was Issac’s day off. He took the time to come in anyway and made the sale! Once we got it home we had noticed a few issues we didn’t notice at the dealership, I called Issac the next day and he assured me they would make it right. I can’t say enough about everyone at Mosaic Chevrolet in Zumbrota, from sales to the finance team to the gentleman that drove a loaner to us. EVERYONE gave us great customer service. Would recommend 10/10 times. Thank you Mosaic for making our purchasing experience go so smoothly!

A big thank you for Hayden helping us get home safe. Our car batter plate completely rusted out and our patter fell and was pushing the guard plate into our wheel. Hayden helped us by at least ziptyeing the battery into place when no where else was open and able to help us.

Car shopping/purchasing has always been something we did not enjoy and would stress over. I had called Mosaic after we were referred by our daughter and son-in-law with some general questions about our trade and a vehicle we were interested in. I spoke with Patrick who took down some info and got back to me right away answering my questions and did not get annoyed with my follow up phone calls or texts. We ended up stopping in on an extremely busy evening and in no way felt pressured or rushed. Our Sales Specialist (Patrick) took his time and was patient with all our questions. No BS sales tactics like we have experienced so many times before. General Sales Manager (Jenn) was also very pleasant straight and honest which we appreciated when working our final numbers - no games! When closing out our financing -Jason was very friendly, helpful, also took his time with us to go through all our options, explain everything and answer our questions. Thank you Mosaic for making this the best car purchasing experience we've ever had!

Very friendly staff. Everyone was really helpful trying to negotiate a fair deal. They only had one person helping with financing when I went and there was a few people after me looking at vehicles. Despite that he spent the extra time with me to make sure I get the best deal and don’t pay for any extra coverages or fees I didn’t want. My only complaint would be that the truck I bought was showing signs of rust (paint bubbling) in a common area in the pictures. When I arrived to test drive they put fender covers over the rusted areas. When I mentioned it to the salesman they said they didn’t know about it (which the rust was minimal so I don’t blame him). The covers are good quality and I was going to get them anyway but it does cause concern of any other cover ups I would might have missed. I’ve only had the truck for a few days now and I’ve had 0 issues. Overall highly recommend this dealership. Just as any dealership, make sure you come in knowing your vehicle and understanding buying a new car takes time and paperwork.

They did a great job fixing my van. Made it really easy gave me a loaner vehicle so I didnt have to worry about not having transportation. They didnt even charge me for the loaner vehicle only had to fill it back up with fuel. Would recommend to anyone that gets in an accident.

I was helping my son look for a truck. I must have talked with at least 10 dealership over a 2day span. This place was by far the best place to deal with the 2 lady's I delt with were Nickki and granny. I can tell you Nikki went way above and beyond to help us get all the information we needed. Unfortunately we went a different direction on are vehicle purchases but I wish the truck my son fell in love with would have been on there lot.

Sales staff were very friendly. I was looking for a new truck online thought I saw something i liked so looked closer a salesman reached out to me and showed me a very nice truck in my price range. Here is where my purchase goes sideways. I was passed off to Jesse Jagunich a “Financial Advisor” to whom I made it clear I was interested in financing through GM. Once he had my information he used it to apply at some Banks the dealership did business with instead GM. So when he called and started the sales pitch for warranties yes not one but 3 the 36 month gm A 5 year 100,000 from Zurich for $6000. The third was the lifetime power train that Mosiac provides if you let them arrange the financing. He did not want to tell me the interest rate until he finished his sales pitch. He was trying get me to agree to pay 6.99% interest which was 2 full points higher than GM. I knew my credit rating was 870 When I voiced reluctance to pay extra he tried to convince me he was doing me a favor by arranging for me to pay $2400 more than I agreed for my vehicle. I pressed him for why the higher rate and he told me the company warranty is paid for through the additional interest that their banks charge. I hung up on him and called my credit union they wired the amount I had agreed to pay. Scot the salesmen I was working with did a very good job of completing this sale after my experience with the “Financial Advisor” The service dept also did a fine job for me as well. So Sales ***** Service ***** Finance 0* I strongly suggest you know what you are worth before sitting down with or talking over the phone with any “Financial Advisor” at this dealership

Went in not knowing what kind of SUV I was wanting and Keagen Haugen was amazing in helping assist my husband and I and directed us in the direction on which SUV was going to be the most reliable and best option with expecting a baby! He was patient with us and really listened to what our needs/wants were. When talking about pricing options he was very thorough with the whole process and made sure he explained and went over all options we could do to benefit us! Spencer was excellent. He answered all of our questions. Spencer even took care of my daughter who bought a car through him as well. When signing the paperwork the guy was super nice and funny. He made us feel comfortable buying a car from them. We bought our last car from Zumbrota ford and I was not happy when I left that place 5 hours after we got there. Great experience overall. Stanley was super helpful and made the whole experience feel relaxed, no pressure to buy. The sales staff helped to get a better price on my trade in which was pretty cool! Stanley offered us refreshments multiple times, felt very welcoming. Even when I had worry after signing and questions on the paperwork, they were open to questions and helped clarify!

Offered a fair price on my trade and the vehicle I bought was priced fairly also. like all dealers, tried to add on tons of extra warranty and protections when the paperwork was being done. One thing that hit me sideways was this device they add on to make the brakes flash. $400 add on, that they can't remove. Should be part of the purchase price, not listed as an "extra". Overall, good experience, Granny was great to work with.
