Friendly staff. Knowledgeable salespeople answered questions about the vehicle and it's features. Their website was easy to navigate and described the vehicle well. Financing department worked numbers with their expertise. Staff went out of their way to finish sale on a Saturday even staying a few minutes after close of business.

I have been working with Keallie Kunkel for the last week and 1/2 on a 2020 pickup. We both had life get in the way of this deal. With all of that she never stop responding to any questions I had. She made this the easiest deal of all the cars or trucks that I have ever bought. I drove 3 hours from Iowa to the dealership to pick the truck up. She met me at the door, we took the truck for a test drive the truck was just as amazing as she said it was. Had all the paperwork ready to sign, so I did not have to spend a 1/2 day waiting. If I had to give her a rating of one out of ten it would have to be a fifteen. That's just how smooth this deal went. The other people that I met at the dealership ( sales manager and finance manager) we're very helpful kind and professional. Adding to just how smooth this deal went down. If you're from the Minneapolis metro, Rochester metro, or somewhere from out of state, give Keallie a call and just see how smooth a vehicle purchase can be.

Had an appointment to find out why my license plate lights were not working. The technicians did some testing on the wiring harness and found that it needed to be replaced. This harness was never replaced when the truck was involved in an accident. So now I’m waiting on the insurance company to decide whether they will pay for it or not. So as with most things I’m on hold. But the guys at Mosaic did a great job and as soon as I hear something one way or the other it will be repaired.

We have been driving our new SUV from Mosaic for 2 1/2 weeks now and couldn’t be happier with our purchase! Let me preface that we live in IL & were so confident throughout our purchasing process, with the amazing support of Salesman Isaac, that we would absolutely purchase future vehicles from this dealership again. We purchased a Ford Expedition Max and, although Mosaic is a Chevy Dealership, Isaac’s knowledge-base and willingness to go above and beyond to seek out answers to my many inquires made for such a smooth buying process. He spoke with me and my husband over the phone, via text, and FaceTime, and was available to us even on his off days. We decided to have our SUV shipped directly to our home, and, again, that was such a smooth and easy process. Once we received our SUV, there were some wear and tear scratches on the door frames. When I reached out to Isaac, he immediately apologized and took the liberty of finding a highly rated paint shop near us and took care of the invoice without any further questions. To continue to go above and beyond after our sale is a reason to support this dealership, and ask for Isaac. Thank you, again, Isaac & the team at Mosaic! Our family has already created such amazing memories in our new SUV!

Car buying never seems fast or easy and this was both. I actually selected my car online from a different dealership. Mosaic was able to get the exact car that I wanted and then delivered it quickly and seamlessly. Sales, finance and whomever was behind the scenes were all pleasant and knowledgeable. We will definitely be back in July when we are ready for our next vehicle.

The staff was great. They put in the extra work required to get the deal on the truck the way I wanted it. My previous two vehicles were purchased at other dealerships and with both of these vehicles there were immediate regrets about the vehicles and the purchasing experiences. Offered a fair price on my trade and the vehicle I bought was priced fairly also. like all dealers, tried to add on tons of extra warranty and protections when the paperwork was being done. One thing that hit me sideways was this device they add on to make the brakes flash. $400 add on, that they can't remove. Should be part of the purchase price, not listed as an "extra". Overall, good experience, Granny was great to work with.

I have bought 7 vehicles from Mosiac 2 of them being challengers, 3 chargers, a Jeep Cherokee and a Dodge Durango. Michael made my latest purchase quick and easy. I had searched many dodge locations in search of my latest charger and they spent the extra time to make sure I was given several options to make sure I got the best deal and was truly happy. So far, so good. Purchased a used vehicle a few weeks ago from Mosiac Chevy. Stanley H. was a professional young man who was very helpful! Appreciated him investigating answers to questions we had to provide honest answers! (Instead of “blowing smoke” to complete a sale) Service department was pleasant and timely, as vehicle required new tires! Appreciated the installed quality tires, instead of pawning off cheap ones! Mick was without a doubt one of the best car salesman I've ever dealt with! He got me into a great vehicle that I loved. Unfortunately a week later I hit a deer totaling it out. Mick stuck with me the whole time, checking in on me, sending me new vehicles in my price range that they'd been getting in, and with a little patience and determination, we finally found the one for me! Not once, but TWICE he came through for me! LOVE my new car!!! I can't express my gratitude enough. I was a little hesitant to buy a vehicle anywhere out of state, but I couldn't find a vehicle in Montana that checked all of the boxes. When I received the call from Scott I instantly knew this would be a great transaction. Not only were the prices better than anywhere else I had been searching, but the selection of vehicles was also larger than other dealerships. Scott made the paperwork pain free, and he answered all of my questions. He then handed me off to Jesse in the finance department and he made that part of the transaction easy. These guys were very professional and damn good at what they do, I highly recommend Mosaic Chevrolet and more specifically these two gentlemen.

Came in for an oil change and the service station had some appointments and initially was going to be quite a wait, and one of the mechanics overheard and asked what I needed and said he’d take care of it and I was super happy because I wasn’t prepared to wait 90 mins for an oil change. Call for appt next time.

Jack Madsen was Friendly , knowledgeable. Nice to work with. New car manager, finance officer, service manager were all good people. I recommend mozaic Ram of Zumbrota as I would give them another opportunity to sell me a car in the future. PS, UPDATE: 03/27/2026. I HAVE BEEN. ATTEMPTING TO GET HELP FROM THE FINANCE DEPT.[AHMED DEEB] WROTE THIS PURCHASE. I ADVISED HIM THAT IN WISCONSIN, WE OWN OU R LICENSE PLATES. I TOLD HIM I CALLED Wi.DMV TO ASK HOW TO TRANSFER MY HANDICAP PLAYES FROM MY 2012 SILVERADO TO THE NEW 2026 LARAMIE. AHMED SAID HE DID NOT KNOW HOW TO DO THAT. I SAID, THEY ADVISED ME THAT YOU ADD IT TO THE LICENSE PLATE APPLICATION FORM MV1-1. SECTION B RIGHT AFTER VEHICLE SER. NUMBER. WELL. AHMED FAILED TO COMPLETE THE FORM CORRECTLY. HE EVIDENTLY ADDED THEIR TEMPORARY PLATE NUMBER IN ORDER TO GAIN THE $3.00 TEMPORARY PLATE FEE. THUS ALSO ADDING THE Wi. License plate fee #100.00, wheel tax fee $38.00 Total $176.00 overcharge. I have spent several hours and miles trying to correct this. Wi.DMV said dealership can complete form MV1020, MARK PLATE AND TAG DESTROYED AND GET ""MY"" REFUND. AFTER TALKIMG WITH MR. DEEB (TWICE IN FEB.)sent him the two forms marked where it plainly states to write in my handicap plate number he needed to complete for my refund, [UNANSWERED Email o3/25/2026], A COUPLE TIMES , HE TALKED TO WOMAN WHO COMPLETES FORMS, I (02/25/26 4:30 PM). TALKED TO SALES MANAGER AHMED ALI FOR HELP [AFTER I SPENT A FEW HOURS FIGURING OUT HOW TO COMPLETE THE REQUEST FOR THE DEALERSHIP TO GET THE $500.00 VET DISCOUNT MONEY (STILL CONFUSED HOW THAT WORKS) HE PASSED ME BACK TO MR. DEEB WHO DOESN'T RETURN E MAILS OR CALLS. SO, I GUESS I HAVE TO SAY, AT AGE 77 I LEARNED A LITTLE ABOUT COMPUTERING.
