I was scared of what to do. The gray haired man at the desk was very knowledgeable and helped thru the replacement of a new battery. He told me step by step. So I did not worry or show the anxiety so much. In fact the whole group was very good in helping me. Thankyou Mosaic!

Very good experience with John in Service Department. Had a very good experience with our salesman Mick and the finance department in acquiring a newer used car. Every person I came in contact with were very pleasant and helpful. Great dealership. 10/16/2024 Another great experience at Mosaic with salesman Mich in buying a used car. Friendly staff. Knowledgeable salespeople answered questions about the vehicle and it's features. Their website was easy to navigate and described the vehicle well. Financing department worked numbers with their expertise. Staff went out of their way to finish sale on a Saturday even staying a few minutes after close of business.

I have been working with Keallie Kunkel for the last week and 1/2 on a 2020 pickup. We both had life get in the way of this deal. With all of that she never stop responding to any questions I had. She made this the easiest deal of all the cars or trucks that I have ever bought. I drove 3 hours from Iowa to the dealership to pick the truck up. She met me at the door, we took the truck for a test drive the truck was just as amazing as she said it was. Had all the paperwork ready to sign, so I did not have to spend a 1/2 day waiting. If I had to give her a rating of one out of ten it would have to be a fifteen. That's just how smooth this deal went. The other people that I met at the dealership ( sales manager and finance manager) we're very helpful kind and professional. Adding to just how smooth this deal went down. If you're from the Minneapolis metro, Rochester metro, or somewhere from out of state, give Keallie a call and just see how smooth a vehicle purchase can be.

Had an appointment to find out why my license plate lights were not working. The technicians did some testing on the wiring harness and found that it needed to be replaced. This harness was never replaced when the truck was involved in an accident. So now I’m waiting on the insurance company to decide whether they will pay for it or not. So as with most things I’m on hold. But the guys at Mosaic did a great job and as soon as I hear something one way or the other it will be repaired.

We have been driving our new SUV from Mosaic for 2 1/2 weeks now and couldn’t be happier with our purchase! Let me preface that we live in IL & were so confident throughout our purchasing process, with the amazing support of Salesman Isaac, that we would absolutely purchase future vehicles from this dealership again. We purchased a Ford Expedition Max and, although Mosaic is a Chevy Dealership, Isaac’s knowledge-base and willingness to go above and beyond to seek out answers to my many inquires made for such a smooth buying process. He spoke with me and my husband over the phone, via text, and FaceTime, and was available to us even on his off days. We decided to have our SUV shipped directly to our home, and, again, that was such a smooth and easy process. Once we received our SUV, there were some wear and tear scratches on the door frames. When I reached out to Isaac, he immediately apologized and took the liberty of finding a highly rated paint shop near us and took care of the invoice without any further questions. To continue to go above and beyond after our sale is a reason to support this dealership, and ask for Isaac. Thank you, again, Isaac & the team at Mosaic! Our family has already created such amazing memories in our new SUV!

Car buying never seems fast or easy and this was both. I actually selected my car online from a different dealership. Mosaic was able to get the exact car that I wanted and then delivered it quickly and seamlessly. Sales, finance and whomever was behind the scenes were all pleasant and knowledgeable. We will definitely be back in July when we are ready for our next vehicle.

The staff was great. They put in the extra work required to get the deal on the truck the way I wanted it. My previous two vehicles were purchased at other dealerships and with both of these vehicles there were immediate regrets about the vehicles and the purchasing experiences. I was able to execute the long distance purchase of what proved to be a nearly flawless 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trackhawk without any issue whatsoever. It began with the friendliness and professionalism of Keallie from the sales team who provided all the information I needed with timeliness and accuracy. In addition, she willingly facilitated the shipping and delivery of the vehicle to southern New Hampshire in the most efficient time frame imaginable with great care taken by the freight company she enlisted. Devon in the business office made the remote purchase seamless and effortless providing me with all the assurances necessary prior to wiring a substantial amount of funds. I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with every phase of the purchase of this very rare vehicle.

My review is in regards to their service department as that is the only area of the dealership that I have dealt with. I just want to make a shout out to John in the service department because he went above and beyond in so little time to make sure my defective driver seatbelt got fixed so that I could feel safe again while driving my vehicle, my vehicle is nearly 10 years old and wasn’t included in the recall but was less than a week apart from the manufacturer dates of the vehicles that were included in a recall for the seatbelt problem..John made sure mine was included regardless..what a great guy! Thanks John!

They did a great job fixing my van. Made it really easy gave me a loaner vehicle so I didnt have to worry about not having transportation. They didnt even charge me for the loaner vehicle only had to fill it back up with fuel. Would recommend to anyone that gets in an accident.

I was helping my son look for a truck. I must have talked with at least 10 dealership over a 2day span. This place was by far the best place to deal with the 2 lady's I delt with were Nickki and granny. I can tell you Nikki went way above and beyond to help us get all the information we needed. Unfortunately we went a different direction on are vehicle purchases but I wish the truck my son fell in love with would have been on there lot.

Sales staff were very friendly. I was looking for a new truck online thought I saw something i liked so looked closer a salesman reached out to me and showed me a very nice truck in my price range. Here is where my purchase goes sideways. I was passed off to Jesse Jagunich a “Financial Advisor” to whom I made it clear I was interested in financing through GM. Once he had my information he used it to apply at some Banks the dealership did business with instead GM. So when he called and started the sales pitch for warranties yes not one but 3 the 36 month gm A 5 year 100,000 from Zurich for $6000. The third was the lifetime power train that Mosiac provides if you let them arrange the financing. He did not want to tell me the interest rate until he finished his sales pitch. He was trying get me to agree to pay 6.99% interest which was 2 full points higher than GM. I knew my credit rating was 870 When I voiced reluctance to pay extra he tried to convince me he was doing me a favor by arranging for me to pay $2400 more than I agreed for my vehicle. I pressed him for why the higher rate and he told me the company warranty is paid for through the additional interest that their banks charge. I hung up on him and called my credit union they wired the amount I had agreed to pay. Went in not knowing what kind of SUV I was wanting and Keagen Haugen was amazing in helping assist my husband and I and directed us in the direction on which SUV was going to be the most reliable and best option with expecting a baby! He was patient with us and really listened to what our needs/wants were. When talking about pricing options he was very thorough with the whole process and made sure he explained and went over all options we could do to benefit us! Spencer was excellent. He answered all of our questions. Spencer even took care of my daughter who bought a car through him as well. When signing the paperwork the guy was super nice and funny. He made us feel comfortable buying a car from them. We bought our last car from Zumbrota ford and I was not happy when I left that place 5 hours after we got there. Great experience overall. Stanley was super helpful and made the whole experience feel relaxed, no pressure to buy. The sales staff helped to get a better price on my trade in which was pretty cool! Stanley offered us refreshments multiple times, felt very welcoming. Even when I had worry after signing and questions on the paperwork, they were open to questions and helped clarify!

Offered a fair price on my trade and the vehicle I bought was priced fairly also. like all dealers, tried to add on tons of extra warranty and protections when the paperwork was being done. One thing that hit me sideways was this device they add on to make the brakes flash. $400 add on, that they can't remove. Should be part of the purchase price, not listed as an "extra". Overall, good experience, Granny was great to work with.
