Our tire picked up a nail and could not be patched when I was driving by Zumbrota. Since we had a doctor appointment in Mpls they were able to get me new tires in less than an hour and we made our appointment on time. The folks here really came through for me today. I came in with what I hoped was a small problem..turned out the engine was about to die. They went to work to find a replacement I could afford and fit my needs. I have been here for a few small things in the past, they are always ready to listen and help. I was able to execute the long distance purchase of what proved to be a nearly flawless 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trackhawk without any issue whatsoever. It began with the friendliness and professionalism of Keallie from the sales team who provided all the information I needed with timeliness and accuracy. In addition, she willingly facilitated the shipping and delivery of the vehicle to southern New Hampshire in the most efficient time frame imaginable with great care taken by the freight company she enlisted. Devon in the business office made the remote purchase seamless and effortless providing me with all the assurances necessary prior to wiring a substantial amount of funds. I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with every phase of the purchase of this very rare vehicle.

My review is in regards to their service department as that is the only area of the dealership that I have dealt with. I just want to make a shout out to John in the service department because he went above and beyond in so little time to make sure my defective driver seatbelt got fixed so that I could feel safe again while driving my vehicle, my vehicle is nearly 10 years old and wasn’t included in the recall but was less than a week apart from the manufacturer dates of the vehicles that were included in a recall for the seatbelt problem..John made sure mine was included regardless..what a great guy! Thanks John!

I did a nationwide search and found a great 2017 C7 Chevy Corvette Grand Sport that was in excellent condition and at a good price. The dealership matched my financing rate and did not add any of those prep charges of $500-$1,000 that most other dealers do. My wife and I flew in the the Minneapolis St Paul Airport and they even picked us up! I highly recommend this dealership. Ask for Lilly.

Very happy with my Wrangler 4Xe recall service work performed at Zumbrota Mosaic CDRJ. I've been waiting several months for Jeep to find a fix for the HV battery issue and they finally made it available three days ago. Mosaic got my Jeep in right away and I got it back as promised later the same day. It's great to know there's a qualified tech close by I can trust to perform work on my Jeep and super friendly service managers that listen to my concerns.

Adding to my review a year later- their service department is phenomenal, John and Geir are excellent service reps who will find any possible way to make your repairs and service as inexpensive as they possibly can, they won't over charge you, whatever the cost is, rest assured they are fair This dealership is like the Best Buy of car dealers, they have the best competitive prices. Mick and Geir were very helpful and not pushy at all. Mick was the salesman who helped me through a very quick and painless process of test driving and closing the sale on exactly the car I was looking for, and also appraising my trade-in. He was very flexible and communicative with my hectic work schedule. Geir was the accessories rep who helped make sure I was able to attach any additional needs, such as rust-proofing and backup cam, onto my monthly installment so that I was not paying out of pocket for those things. Go to Eide and ask for these two gentlemen if you're looking for a new vehicle. Also should mention that they don't play games, they will give you top trade dollar for your old car, equal to or more than the KBB value, and they won't try to undercut you to increase their revenue, and they won't try to trick you or push you at all, they allow you to take your time and decide what's best for you and what's within your budget.

While it’s never really a fun process to buy a vehicle, Todd Fitz made it about as painless as possible. He had great follow up before, during and AFTER the sale that makes him stand out above the rest. I know dealers are there to make money but Mosiac wasn’t out to make every dollar off of me possible which I appreciated. I’ve dealt with plenty of dealers before that have given me that feeling of being robbed; I don’t have that feeling about Mosiac. They earned my business and I’ll be back to see Todd in the future.

Highly recommend Mosaic Auto Group! I was initially just looking at the available SUV’s in my area & had responses from 3 different places. 1 of them started calling me at 6am the next morning & continuing about every 2-3 hours throughout the day & kept calling for the next 4 days multiple times, which really aggravated me. That’s what ultimately made me respond to Keallie. She made 1 initial attempt & waited for my response then asked if I had any questions. Devon and Keallie were fantastic! They both were exceptionally clear and answered all of my questions with patience. Like most people, I tend to get a little anxious with big transactions such as getting a new car but Devon's overall demeanor made me feel heard and at ease. I don’t usually leave reviews but when a dealer goes out of there way to earn my business I feel compelled to applaud and recognize those involved. I was originally shopping around for an Equinox EV and after several disappointing visits to several different dealers I reached out to Alice Blakstad @ Mosiac Chevrolet. She responded to my phone call immediately and had the exact auto I was looking for. After fair negotiations on the deal she arranged for a time for us to complete it. She had everything ready when I came to pickup the car. There was no high pressure sales tactics and her general knowledge in the EV was appreciated. As I was waiting for some general wrap up ( car washing and financing signing etc) I met the General Manager Moustafa Khalil “MO” he was very easy going and gave me the feeling that I was at the right dealership. He didn’t have the typical “hide in a office “ character that the other dealers I visited had and I could tell he was appreciative of me giving his dealership my business.The second I walked in the door many staff greeted me offered me a hot or cold beverage and all were concerned that I was taken care of or offered to help me find the person I was looking for. It’s great to see that there are still dealers out there that aren’t just playing the same old sales games and are personable with their Customers. Go check out Mosaic Chevrolet if they don’t have the exact car/truck on the lot they will diligently look for a way to get 1 there. Offered a fair price on my trade and the vehicle I bought was priced fairly also. like all dealers, tried to add on tons of extra warranty and protections when the paperwork was being done. One thing that hit me sideways was this device they add on to make the brakes flash. $400 add on, that they can't remove. Should be part of the purchase price, not listed as an "extra". Overall, good experience, Granny was great to work with.

I have bought 7 vehicles from Mosiac 2 of them being challengers, 3 chargers, a Jeep Cherokee and a Dodge Durango. Michael made my latest purchase quick and easy. I had searched many dodge locations in search of my latest charger and they spent the extra time to make sure I was given several options to make sure I got the best deal and was truly happy. I know for sure as long as Micheal and Todd are working for Mosiac I will not go anywhere else. Look forward to seeing you in 3 years for my next lease. I am a very satisfied customer. Appreciated him investigating answers to questions we had to provide honest answers! (Instead of “blowing smoke” to complete a sale) Service department was pleasant and timely, as vehicle required new tires! Appreciated the installed quality tires, instead of pawning off cheap ones! Mick was without a doubt one of the best car salesman I've ever dealt with! He got me into a great vehicle that I loved. Unfortunately a week later I hit a deer totaling it out. Mick stuck with me the whole time, checking in on me, sending me new vehicles in my price range that they'd been getting in, and with a little patience and determination, we finally found the one for me! Not once, but TWICE he came through for me! LOVE my new car!!! I can't express my gratitude enough. I was a little hesitant to buy a vehicle anywhere out of state, but I couldn't find a vehicle in Montana that checked all of the boxes. When I received the call from Scott I instantly knew this would be a great transaction. Not only were the prices better than anywhere else I had been searching, but the selection of vehicles was also larger than other dealerships. Scott made the paperwork pain free, and he answered all of my questions. He then handed me off to Jesse in the finance department and he made that part of the transaction easy. These guys were very professional and damn good at what they do, I highly recommend Mosaic Chevrolet and more specifically these two gentlemen.

Came in for an oil change and the service station had some appointments and initially was going to be quite a wait, and one of the mechanics overheard and asked what I needed and said he’d take care of it and I was super happy because I wasn’t prepared to wait 90 mins for an oil change. Call for appt next time.

Jack Madsen was Friendly , knowledgeable. Nice to work with. New car manager, finance officer, service manager were all good people. I recommend mozaic Ram of Zumbrota as I would give them another opportunity to sell me a car in the future. PS, UPDATE: 03/27/2026. I HAVE BEEN. ATTEMPTING TO GET HELP FROM THE FINANCE DEPT.[AHMED DEEB] WROTE THIS PURCHASE. I ADVISED HIM THAT IN WISCONSIN, WE OWN OU R LICENSE PLATES. I TOLD HIM I CALLED Wi.DMV TO ASK HOW TO TRANSFER MY HANDICAP PLAYES FROM MY 2012 SILVERADO TO THE NEW 2026 LARAMIE. AHMED SAID HE DID NOT KNOW HOW TO DO THAT. I SAID, THEY ADVISED ME THAT YOU ADD IT TO THE LICENSE PLATE APPLICATION FORM MV1-1. SECTION B RIGHT AFTER VEHICLE SER. NUMBER. WELL. AHMED FAILED TO COMPLETE THE FORM CORRECTLY. HE EVIDENTLY ADDED THEIR TEMPORARY PLATE NUMBER IN ORDER TO GAIN THE $3.00 TEMPORARY PLATE FEE. THUS ALSO ADDING THE Wi. License plate fee #100.00, wheel tax fee $38.00 Total $176.00 overcharge. I have spent several hours and miles trying to correct this. Wi.DMV said dealership can complete form MV1020, MARK PLATE AND TAG DESTROYED AND GET ""MY"" REFUND. AFTER TALKIMG WITH MR. DEEB (TWICE IN FEB.)sent him the two forms marked where it plainly states to write in my handicap plate number he needed to complete for my refund, [UNANSWERED Email o3/25/2026], A COUPLE TIMES , HE TALKED TO WOMAN WHO COMPLETES FORMS, I (02/25/26 4:30 PM). TALKED TO SALES MANAGER AHMED ALI FOR HELP [AFTER I SPENT A FEW HOURS FIGURING OUT HOW TO COMPLETE THE REQUEST FOR THE DEALERSHIP TO GET THE $500.00 VET DISCOUNT MONEY (STILL CONFUSED HOW THAT WORKS) HE PASSED ME BACK TO MR. DEEB WHO DOESN'T RETURN E MAILS OR CALLS. SO, I GUESS I HAVE TO SAY, AT AGE 77 I LEARNED A LITTLE ABOUT COMPUTERING.
