I was very impressed with Mosaic Chevrolet. I was visiting the area and had trouble with my vehicle brakes. They were able to get me on the schedule after the weekend. Replaced the brakes and were finished much quicker than originally expected. Super nice employees and a fair price too!

This place is the best!! Professional no pressure salespeople at their best answering any and all questions I had. (Joe you are amazing) Believe me I had a lot. Devon and Keallie were fantastic! They both were exceptionally clear and answered all of my questions with patience. Like most people, I tend to get a little anxious with big transactions such as getting a new car but Devon's overall demeanor made me feel heard and at ease. Keallie was incredible, very bubbly and thorough; she walked me through all of the features in my new beautiful ride and it was like hanging with a friend. They both are an excellent part of the Mosaic team and because of them I will be sure to send family and friends their way.

I don’t usually leave reviews but when a dealer goes out of there way to earn my business I feel compelled to applaud and recognize those involved. I was originally shopping around for an Equinox EV and after several disappointing visits to several different dealers I reached out to Alice Blakstad @ Mosiac Chevrolet. She responded to my phone call immediately and had the exact auto I was looking for. After fair negotiations on the deal she arranged for a time for us to complete it. She had everything ready when I came to pickup the car. There was no high pressure sales tactics and her general knowledge in the EV was appreciated. As I was waiting for some general wrap up ( car washing and financing signing etc) I met the General Manager Moustafa Khalil “MO” he was very easy going and gave me the feeling that I was at the right dealership. He didn’t have the typical “hide in a office “ character that the other dealers I visited had and I could tell he was appreciative of me giving his dealership my business.The second I walked in the door many staff greeted me offered me a hot or cold beverage and all were concerned that I was taken care of or offered to help me find the person I was looking for. It’s great to see that there are still dealers out there that aren’t just playing the same old sales games and are personable with their Customers. Go check out Mosaic Chevrolet if they don’t have the exact car/truck on the lot they will diligently look for a way to get 1 there. Thanks again Alice and MO you’ve earned a customer for ease of purchase and great customer service.

Joe was excellent to work with. We found a Ford Edge online that checked all of our boxes! Living over three hours away was no problem when working with Joe. He went above and beyond to accommodate us. We were able to come to agreement on our trade over the phone, sending pictures of our trade in. Joe met us halfway to deliver our Edge. Called and asked specific questions about financing and how their program is set up. I was given honest straightforward answers. They sent me a credit application and I filled it out. They worked with my down payment and gave me options. The financing side was easy and straightforward. They didn’t pressure me to buy a bunch of extras, but laid out all of my options and let me decide what I was comfortable with. Scott was extremely knowledgeable about my choice of vehicle. He did a great walk around and we went for a test drive. I am blown away about how smooth and easy the entire process went. I got a much better deal than I expected. I was expecting to need to save for another month or two to be able to buy my first choice vehicle. I drove it home today!!!! I’m so happy that Mosiac is here in Zumbrota. It’s worth the trip to go there and experience their service.

Visited recently and purchased a used 2019 Toyota Highlander. Alice was great during the entire process. Mosaic Chevy really has it figured out. I needed a new truck and called ahead about the one I liked. I came in and bought it the next morning in about 3 hours time. Really friendly and knowledgeable staff. No high-pressure tactics, I declined a lot of add-ons and they respected my decisions. I'll be looking for my wife's new whip here when she is ready to upgrade.

Purchased a new 2025 Equinox last week and had a great experience with Alice and the team there. Went in to just look at one and ended up going back the next day to pick one up. The customer service was fantastic and the discount they were offering was more then any other dealership I've seen for this model since it's so new. I do not normally buy cars from dealerships because I hate the experience. I have walked out of dealerships in the past mid deal due to high pressure and sales tactics. However, Mosaic had the vehicle I wanted at a very good price so I thought I would give it a go. I walked in with my guard up and was ready for battle. Not once did I feel pressured. Jack Madsen, in sales, was great to work with. It was a very laid back and relaxing experienced. Ryan Wichman in Finance was straight forward and made it a no pressure experiences. It was well worth the 30 minute drive and will look here first next time.

Went in not knowing what kind of SUV I was wanting and Keagen Haugen was amazing in helping assist my husband and I and directed us in the direction on which SUV was going to be the most reliable and best option with expecting a baby! He was patient with us and really listened to what our needs/wants were. When talking about pricing options he was very thorough with the whole process and made sure he explained and went over all options we could do to benefit us! When asking about certain SUV’s he went out of his way to make sure he found everything and anything in our price range and style and was very open with us about the reliability of what he was showing us! Spencer was excellent. He answered all of our questions. Spencer even took care of my daughter who bought a car through him as well. When signing the paperwork the guy was super nice and funny. He made us feel comfortable buying a car from them. We bought our last car from Zumbrota ford and I was not happy when I left that place 5 hours after we got there. Great experience overall. Stanley was super helpful and made the whole experience feel relaxed, no pressure to buy. The sales staff helped to get a better price on my trade in which was pretty cool! Stanley offered us refreshments multiple times, felt very welcoming. Even when I had worry after signing and questions on the paperwork, they were open to questions and helped clarify!

Offered a fair price on my trade and the vehicle I bought was priced fairly also. like all dealers, tried to add on tons of extra warranty and protections when the paperwork was being done. One thing that hit me sideways was this device they add on to make the brakes flash. $400 add on, that they can't remove. Should be part of the purchase price, not listed as an "extra". Overall, good experience, Granny was great to work with.

I have bought 7 vehicles from Mosiac 2 of them being challengers, 3 chargers, a Jeep Cherokee and a Dodge Durango. Michael made my latest purchase quick and easy. I had searched many dodge locations in search of my latest charger and they spent the extra time to make sure I was given several options to make sure I got the best deal and was truly happy. I know for sure as long as Micheal and Todd are working for Mosiac I will not go anywhere else. Look forward to seeing you in 3 years for my next lease. I am a very satisfied customer. Appreciated him investigating answers to questions we had to provide honest answers! (Instead of “blowing smoke” to complete a sale) Service department was pleasant and timely, as vehicle required new tires! Appreciated the installed quality tires, instead of pawning off cheap ones!
