Great guys to work with they treated me very well. And worked with me on pricing on was able to have a little wiggle room. They also let me take the truck I was looking at for the day and let me drive it and test it out some more than just a normal test drive.

Todd at Mosaic Auto is amazing!! Super fast!! I came in and he had a car picked out for me and I fell right in love! I was in and out in a little over an hour!! Called and asked specific questions about financing and how their program is set up. I was given honest straightforward answers. They sent me a credit application and I filled it out. They worked with my down payment and gave me options. The financing side was easy and straightforward. They didn’t pressure me to buy a bunch of extras, but laid out all of my options and let me decide what I was comfortable with. Scott was extremely knowledgeable about my choice of vehicle. He did a great walk around and we went for a test drive. I am blown away about how smooth and easy the entire process went. I got a much better deal than I expected. I was expecting to need to save for another month or two to be able to buy my first choice vehicle. I drove it home today!!!! I’m so happy that Mosiac is here in Zumbrota. It’s worth the trip to go there and experience their service.

Visited recently and purchased a used 2019 Toyota Highlander. Alice was great during the entire process. She answered questions upfront on interest rates that other dealers weren’t interested in answering. Zia, with financing ,was also wonderful. He saw that I got sound discounts on this vehicle. Mosaic Chevy really has it figured out. I needed a new truck and called ahead about the one I liked. I came in and bought it the next morning in about 3 hours time. Really friendly and knowledgeable staff. No high-pressure tactics, I declined a lot of add-ons and they respected my decisions. I'll be looking for my wife's new whip here when she is ready to upgrade.

Purchased a new 2025 Equinox last week and had a great experience with Alice and the team there. Went in to just look at one and ended up going back the next day to pick one up. The customer service was fantastic and the discount they were offering was more then any other dealership I've seen for this model since it's so new. If you are looking for a new car go and ask for Alice to help you out.

I do not normally buy cars from dealerships because I hate the experience. I have walked out of dealerships in the past mid deal due to high pressure and sales tactics. However, Mosaic had the vehicle I wanted at a very good price so I thought I would give it a go. I walked in with my guard up and was ready for battle. Not once did I feel pressured. Jack Madsen, in sales, was great to work with. It was a very laid back and relaxing experienced. Ryan Wichman in Finance was straight forward and made it a no pressure experiences. It was well worth the 30 minute drive and will look here first next time.

I worked with Pat Natoli for a 2019 Equinox. I was very nervous to purchase a new vehicle since I've owned my car for 12 years now. Pat was patient, kind, and made the whole process easy for me! I cannot thank Aaron Herseth enough for his patience, transparency, kindness & cooperation! I live a little over five hours away and had been eyeing a Tesla before they even had it delivered. Aaron made sure to keep me updated all throughout this long period of time and was always quick to answer any communication I sent to him. He went above and beyond to FaceTime me once it was delivered and sent a TON of photos. Even throughout the unforeseen circumstance of their sales software being shut down, his manager made a two hour round trip to retrieve PAPER contracts just so that I could get them a check issued out to them through my union and purchase the vehicle same day. On top of all that, my travel time went about ten minutes past their closing time and Aaron waited all day for me to get there so I could purchase the car. OUTSTANDING SERVICE, AARON. Thank you!!

Offered a fair price on my trade and the vehicle I bought was priced fairly also. like all dealers, tried to add on tons of extra warranty and protections when the paperwork was being done. One thing that hit me sideways was this device they add on to make the brakes flash. $400 add on, that they can't remove. Should be part of the purchase price, not listed as an "extra". Overall, good experience, Granny was great to work with.

I have bought 7 vehicles from Mosiac 2 of them being challengers, 3 chargers, a Jeep Cherokee and a Dodge Durango. Michael made my latest purchase quick and easy. I had searched many dodge locations in search of my latest charger and they spent the extra time to make sure I was given several options to make sure I got the best deal and was truly happy. So far, so good. Purchased a used vehicle a few weeks ago from Mosiac Chevy. Stanley H. was a professional young man who was very helpful! Appreciated him investigating answers to questions we had to provide honest answers! (Instead of “blowing smoke” to complete a sale) Service department was pleasant and timely, as vehicle required new tires! Appreciated the installed quality tires, instead of pawning off cheap ones! Would recommend this dealership’s services!

Mick was without a doubt one of the best car salesman I've ever dealt with! He got me into a great vehicle that I loved. Unfortunately a week later I hit a deer totaling it out. Mick stuck with me the whole time, checking in on me, sending me new vehicles in my price range that they'd been getting in, and with a little patience and determination, we finally found the one for me! Not once, but TWICE he came through for me! LOVE my new car!!! I can't express my gratitude enough. Not to mention the whole team at Mosaic...every time I walked in the door, I was warmly greeted, everyone was so friendly.

I was a little hesitant to buy a vehicle anywhere out of state, but I couldn't find a vehicle in Montana that checked all of the boxes. When I received the call from Scott I instantly knew this would be a great transaction. Not only were the prices better than anywhere else I had been searching, but the selection of vehicles was also larger than other dealerships. Scott made the paperwork pain free, and he answered all of my questions. He then handed me off to Jesse in the finance department and he made that part of the transaction easy. These guys were very professional and damn good at what they do, I highly recommend Mosaic Chevrolet and more specifically these two gentlemen.

Came in for an oil change and the service station had some appointments and initially was going to be quite a wait, and one of the mechanics overheard and asked what I needed and said he’d take care of it and I was super happy because I wasn’t prepared to wait 90 mins for an oil change. Call for appt next time.

Jack Madsen was Friendly , knowledgeable. Nice to work with. New car manager, finance officer, service manager were all good people. I recommend mozaic Ram of Zumbrota as I would give them another opportunity to sell me a car in the future. PS, UPDATE: 03/27/2026. I HAVE BEEN. ATTEMPTING TO GET HELP FROM THE FINANCE DEPT.[AHMED DEEB] WROTE THIS PURCHASE. I ADVISED HIM THAT IN WISCONSIN, WE OWN OU R LICENSE PLATES. I TOLD HIM I CALLED Wi.DMV TO ASK HOW TO TRANSFER MY HANDICAP PLAYES FROM MY 2012 SILVERADO TO THE NEW 2026 LARAMIE. AHMED SAID HE DID NOT KNOW HOW TO DO THAT. I SAID, THEY ADVISED ME THAT YOU ADD IT TO THE LICENSE PLATE APPLICATION FORM MV1-1. SECTION B RIGHT AFTER VEHICLE SER. NUMBER. WELL. AHMED FAILED TO COMPLETE THE FORM CORRECTLY. HE EVIDENTLY ADDED THEIR TEMPORARY PLATE NUMBER IN ORDER TO GAIN THE $3.00 TEMPORARY PLATE FEE. THUS ALSO ADDING THE Wi. License plate fee #100.00, wheel tax fee $38.00 Total $176.00 overcharge. I have spent several hours and miles trying to correct this. Wi.DMV said dealership can complete form MV1020, MARK PLATE AND TAG DESTROYED AND GET ""MY"" REFUND. AFTER TALKIMG WITH MR. DEEB (TWICE IN FEB.)sent him the two forms marked where it plainly states to write in my handicap plate number he needed to complete for my refund, [UNANSWERED Email o3/25/2026], A COUPLE TIMES , HE TALKED TO WOMAN WHO COMPLETES FORMS, I (02/25/26 4:30 PM). TALKED TO SALES MANAGER AHMED ALI FOR HELP [AFTER I SPENT A FEW HOURS FIGURING OUT HOW TO COMPLETE THE REQUEST FOR THE DEALERSHIP TO GET THE $500.00 VET DISCOUNT MONEY (STILL CONFUSED HOW THAT WORKS) HE PASSED ME BACK TO MR. DEEB WHO DOESN'T RETURN E MAILS OR CALLS. SO, I GUESS I HAVE TO SAY, AT AGE 77 I LEARNED A LITTLE ABOUT COMPUTERING.
