Brake linings, drums and rotors, disc brake pads, manual transmission clutch friction disc, pressure plate, pilot bearing, throw-out bearing and arm, air bags, solar powered devices, glass, lenses, sealed beams, body parts and/or panels, weather stripping, trim, moldings, lock cylinders, tires, wheels, standard batteries (except Hybrid/EV/Hydrogen High Voltage), light bulbs, upholstery, paint, bright metal, freeze plugs, filters, heater and radiator hoses, exhaust system, catalytic converter, shock absorbers, front-end alignment or wheel balancing (unless required due to a mechanical breakdown), safety restraint systems, audio/security or non-factory-installed systems, or vinyl and convertible tops.

This Vehicle Protection Plan will not pay or reimburse for mechanical breakdowns caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, improper towing, lack of maintenance, contamination, damage from continued operation with an overheat condition, lack of coolant or lubricants, sludge, restricted oil flow, salt, rust, environmental damage, or chemicals. Coverage level availability may be limited based on vehicle age, mileage, make, and model. Deductible may apply. The Road Hazard Tire & Wheel Protection Plan expires according to the contract term selected or when the lowest tread depth reaches 2/32nds of an inch, whichever occurs first. Coverage is limited to the original set of tires at time of purchase and new replacement tires. Tire/wheel failure caused by accidents, theft, vandalism, misuse, negligence, or abnormal wear is not covered. This contract is transferable to another owner but not to another vehicle.
